After the tournament, Rory headed back to the dojo with Johnny. They had a few drinks, without telling her mom obviously, and celebrated her win.

"To winning the All Valley!" Rory shouted.

"To winning the All Valley!" Johnny repeated.

They hit their cups together and drank the drinks. Rory looked at Johnny. She wanted to ask him about him kissing his mom.

"Hey, Sensei?" Rory said.

"Yeah, what's up?" Johnny replied.

Just as Rory was about to ask, they heard the shop bells jangle. This was never a good sign, especially for Rory.

"Who is it?" Johnny asked.

There was no response. Johnny grabbed Rory's arm and kept her behind him. They slowly walked from Johnny's office to the front of the dojo.

"I said who's there?!" Johnny shouted, "Miguel? Is it you?"

"Congratulations!" A deep voice said, " You did
what I always thought you could do. You won. Cobra Kai is back where it belongs. Back on top. Everyone closed the book on us."

Rory peaked out from behind Johnny. The voice sounded familiar, but there was a cloud of smoke around the man.

"Show yourself!" Johnny said.

The man ignored his question and sort of laughed. He slightly stepped out of the smoke, enough to make out a face but now enough to make out who's face it actually was

"They thought we were done. But now they see that the real story's only just begun," The man said.

He fully stepped out to the smoke. Rory noticed that face anywhere. She saw it in the obituaries. She knew that man was right. The real story had just begun. But, what had also begun was Rory Teller's worst nightmare.

Out from the smoke emerged the dead man walking, John Kreese. Both Johnny and Rory were at loss for words.

"I thought you were dead!" Johnny exclaimed.

"You're not the only one, kid. I've been away a long time. It's good to see you," Kreese said, walking towards Johnny.

Johnny put his right fist up and used his left hand to push Rory too the side. She was out of Kreese's sight, but she still tried to slightly peak her head around the corner to watch.

"Oh, wow. You still have the same hot temper? I like that though," Kreese chuckled, "I bet that's why your student is now the champion. Teller is a good fighter."

Johnny glanced at Rory, just enough so that he could see her, but Kreese wouldn't notice and figure out she was there.

"Yeah, cause I taught her to not fight dirty. Unlike you did to me," Johnny scoffed.

Kreese laughed and began to walk closer. Johnny let go of Rory and put both of his fists up. Kreese sarcastically oohed.

"What are you gonna do? You forget I taught you everything you know," Kreese taunted him.
