Back on the outskirts of Tenshukaku, everyone was wondering where Lucius and the Shogun ended up, after suddenly disappearing from their sights.
Gorou: So this happened before? In the ceremony?
Paimon: Yeah! When Lucius intervened, he and the Shogun were suddenly enveloped by this dark thing and then poof! They're gone.
Kazuha: We can't do much with what we have right now.
Gorou: Agreed. We've already handled the guards in the city, and as Paimon revealed, Kujou Sara knocked out the guards in the complex.
*BOOM*
Paimon/Gorou/Kazuha: ...!
The three jump at the thunderous boom as they look over and sees Lucius and the Shogun reappear.
Paimon: LUCIUS!
Paimon immediately rushes over, concerned at the bleeding state of her friend.
Paimon: THANK GOODNESS! Ahhh, Paimon was so worried!
Lucius: I'm fine, Paimon... I'm fine.
Paimon: You're bleeding! And you've got a big cut across your face! You're definitely not fine!
Kazuha and Gorou stare at the Shogun as they take a battle stance.
Raiden Shogun: I will honour our agreement.
Gorou/Kazuha: Huh?
The two look confused as they look back at Lucius.
Raiden Shogun: Hmph.
The Shogun makes her way back to Tenshukaku.
Resistance Soldier: Should we follow her, General?
Gorou: Uh...
Gorou notices Lucius shaking his head.
Lucius: Don't... as she said, she'll honour our agreement.
Gorou: What agreement?
Lucius: The agreement... to abolish the Vision Hunt Decree.
Everyone's eyes widen in shock.
Gorou: Y-You mean to say...
Lucius: Yeah... it's over. It's over.
Gorou: Ah...
Gorou, along with the Resistance soldiers start to tear up upon hearing the news.
Lucius: Heh, let it out, you guys. It's okay to cry.
Lucius says as he jokes as he notices one of the soldiers now shedding tears.
Soldier: We can finally rest...
The soldiers start hugging each other, as they scream in joy.
Relief...
That was the main emotion they were feeling.
And soon enough, even Gorou was crying.
Kazuha: Gorou?
Gorou: It's actually over. I... We did it!
Kazuha could see the joy in his face, as he also smiles.
Kazuha: Yeah... we did it.
