In the dead of night in Port Ormos, Lucius is shown to be sitting down by himself, staring out into the sea.
Lucius: ("The breeze is nice... and its surprisingly quiet here.")
???: Huh? Wait, you're that mysterious traveler who's on a journey to all corners of Teyvat, right?
Lucius: Huh?
Lucius looks behind him and sees the Deputy Port Master named Masrur with a letter in his hand.
Lucius: That's me... can I help you with anything?
Masrur: Ah, thank goodness! I was worried I wouldn't be able to find you! I have a letter for you, you see — it's from another outlander... He was a crafty fellow, lemme tell you... Took advantage of a loophole in our mailing system by opting for Guaranteed Delivery then filling in the most obscure mailing address I've ever seen!
Lucius: Can't blame him, I'm not in the same spot for long and always off somewhere. Anyways, what was the address?
Masrur: Uh... he just wrote, "next to a small, white-haired talking fairy."
Lucius: So Paimon was the address... clever.
Masrur: I saw you with your white-haired talking fairy earlier but I lost you in the crowd. (sigh) I count myself very lucky that I ran into you here.
Lucius: Let me see this letter, please.
Masrur: Of course, here it is. All yours!
He hands Lucius the letter before walking away.

I've heard that the two of you are traveling in Sumeru,
And I happen to be in Port Ormos on official business.
Lately, I've been stopping by Djafar Tavern for a drink or two every afternoon.

Paimon calls out as she flies over to him.
Lucius: A letter... turns out Kaeya is in Sumeru.
Paimon: Oh? And did he use a crafty method to get this letter to us?
Lucius: Absolutely.
Paimon: Do you think he's making this sound like a miracle of fate so that we'd have to go meet up with him?
Lucius: Very scheming, but no harm done.
Paimon: Eh, yeah, you're right. It's always nice to see old friends!
Lucius: Anyways, we'll see him tomorrow at Djafar Tavern in the afternoon. Let's go home.
