After the whole event with Lisa, Lucius and Paimon decided to roam around outside Mondstadt, more specifically, the sub-area of Wolvendom.
Lucius: Lots of claw marks on the stone walls here.
Paimon: Yep, this is Wolvendom! People from Mondstadt hardly ever come here. Even though it's not so far away from the city, the environment here is totally untouched. It's a wild place ruled by the laws of nature.
Lucius: Wolvendom... there must be wolves here considering its' name.
Paimon: Oh, there definitely is! There's also slimes around here, and they're huge! Like... super-duper ones over there!
Right on cue, three Hydro slimes approach Lucius before suddenly stopping.
Paimon: Huh?
The slime in the middle, starts growing in size, big enough that it towers over Lucius, who just stares with no shock.
Paimon: How are you not scared of this?!
Lucius: Paimon... I've fought a dragon head-on, this is nothing.
He brandishes Bloodcurler and charges towards the slime.
Paimon: Be careful!
Lucius: Haaahhhh!!
*BZZT*
Lucius: ...!
He hears lightning approach quickly as he stops his charge. A bolt of lightning suddenly drops down in front of him, creating an electric shockwave that causes the big Hydro slime to shrink back down.
The lightning dissipates to reveal a long, spiky grey haired boy with bright red eyes and pale skin. He dons a green camouflage pants, an orange poncho-like shirt, dark boots, and a dark hooded coat decorated with belts.

The boy coats his claymore in Electro, scaring the Hydro slimes as they hop away for their safety.
???: Hmph...
Lucius notices an Electro vision on his back as the boy stores his weapon away and approaches the two.
Paimon: Thank you- Aaah! Wolves! Run!
Lucius: Huh?
???: Do not worry. Wolves friends. But, you are...?
Paimon: We're just some boring old travelers passing through...
