In the bustling streets of Liyue Harbor, Ganyu, having been given a rare break, decides to enjoy the scenery, for such a privilege is rare for her considering her busy schedule.
But while she was enjoying the scenery, there was something stuck in her mind.
Ganyu: ("It's been three and a half months since Lucius left for Inazuma... I hope he's doing okay.")
Of course, news of the abolishment of the Vision Hunt Decree spread to Liyue very quickly, but even then, Lucius not returning after a month of the abolishment still concerned her.
Ganyu: (sigh) I hope he's okay. Does he even remember the promise? No... I shouldn't even be upset if he forgot, that should be the least of his worries in Inazuma.
She clenches her fist as she remembers the hug that she and Lucius shared the day before he left.

Footsteps can be heard in the background, approaching Ganyu, who is unaware of it.
Ganyu: ("H-He doesn't seem like the type to be mind. B-Besides, I already hugged him before and he was okay with it. So I-")
???: Excuse me, are you Ganyu, the General Secretary of the Qixing?
Ganyu: A-Ah!
She jumps at the sudden voice, though she heard the question clearly.
Ganyu: Y-Yes, that's me. How can I help-
She turns around and immediately stops whatever she was about to say.
Ganyu: I-It's you...
In front of her, was the man that she was just thinking about.
Lucius: Hey Ganyu, long time no see.
Ganyu: Lucius!
Ganyu, despite all the debate she just had in her mind, just went for it and hugged Lucius tightly.
Lucius: Woah! It's... nice to see you too, Ganyu.
Ganyu: It really has been so long! Ah, it's so good to see you again!
Lucius: How long has it been? I actually kinda lost track of time while I was in Inazuma.
Ganyu: You've been gone for three and a half months.
Lucius: That long?! I was gone for a quarter of the year?
Ganyu: Correct, the new year is approaching as well. Which means-
Lucius: Lantern Rite is coming soon.
Ganyu: That's right.
Lucius: Well, at least I'm back for that. And also... Ganyu?
Ganyu: Hm?
Lucius: You've been hugging me for a bit now.
Ganyu: Ah!
Sensing the gaze of the passerby's, she quickly pulls away with a visible blush on her face.
Ganyu: I-I'm sorry about that.
Lucius: It's fine, Ganyu. I never said I had a problem with it, and besides, I've been gone for a while so it's okay for you to hug for a bit longer.
With his seal of approval, Ganyu was about to go and hug him again, but as she looks at his face, one thing stood out to her.
