Chapter 9 💜

Today is Friday so Amara started her morning routine and met up with Lena to go to the campus at the same time.

"So have you already picked out clothes for tomorrow?" Lena asked

"Ehhhh do I need to find one can't I just choose some casual clothes. maybe pants and a t-shirt." Amara responded

"NO!" Lena exclaimed

"We have talked about these you need to look your best." Lena added

"Why?" Amara asked

"Becauseeee... You're going on a museum you need to dress nicely you're not just going on an outing." Lena said

*I don't want you to wear pants on a once in a lifetime date that could be the chance of your love to blossom but I can't say that because for sure you will definitely not wear your best outfit* Lena thought

"Fine, I'll try finding some clothes when I get home." Amara said in defeat

"Great! Now we gotta hurry to school." Lena said dragging Amara to campus

The both of them arrived at the classroom and finished their morning class the four friends went to the cafeteria, ordered lunch, and found seats for them.

"What's with that smile Lena since you got to class you have that smile plastered?" Luke asked

"Well let's just say tomorrow is near and I can't wait what will happen hmmm." Lena answered

"Amara please translate." Luke requested

"Tomorrow we will meet our partners and do the activity." Amara responded

"Ahhhhh." Luke said

"What time?" Luke added

"She'll meet Gerald at 9 am while I'll be meeting Matt at 3 pm." Lena replied

"Isn't that a little bit late." Jay commented

"No I think we can finish the activity fast and if we do finish late it's fine I already asked my parents permission and they approved." Lena stated

"You're a girl and you don't even know how to get there." Jay said in a deep voice

"I'll manage." Lena said

"How about your activity Luke, I remembered you said you and your partner planned to do it yesterday, did you finish it?" Lena asked

"Yeah it took us just a few hours, what was hard was finding the art not the essay hahahaha!" Luke replied

"See they finished in a few hours for sure we will finish early." Lena stated

"Your partner is different from his." Jay said

"Now that I'm thinking about it, what will you wear tomorrow?" Amara asked

"Of course my best so maybe a skirt to make me look cute." Lena answered

"Now don't ask as if you're also not going on a trip to finish the activity." Lena added

"Yeah yeah now you gotta finish your food because it's near afternoon class." Amara said

"Oh yeah just give me 2 minutes." Lena stated

"Don't hurry or you might choke." Jay said

"Such a caring guy." Luke said teasingly

"I'm done!" Lena said

After they finished eating they returned to their classroom and sat on their usual spot. Classes were done at last and everyone packed their stuff like yesterday. The gentlemens accompanied the ladies to the gate before heading to the gym.
