It was already Friday at Lena's house to practice the school chant to cheer the basketball game and Amara still wasn't able to apologize to Gerald.
"Hey, are you listening to me Amara?" Lena said waving her hand to Amara's face
"Oh, sorry, what were you saying?" Amara asked
"Your thoughts have been elsewhere, what's wrong?" Lena asked
Amara sighed and said, "You see I'm still not able to apologize to Gerald. It's either he goes to the classroom just before class or leaves the room after class ended and I haven't been able to find the right time." Amara explained
"Oh no I won't accept this on Monday we will go to school early so you can apologize to him." Lena said
"But what if he is still not there." Amara said
"If there's a will there's a way, we can wait for him. I will not accept a lovers quarrel in my ship." Lena stated
"Huh?" Amara said
"Now that we have already made a plan on how to apologize, we need to focus now on the basketball game because that is tomorrow." Lena said
"Yeah, so is everything we need for tomorrow?" Amara asked
"Of course, we have the poster and cheerleader pompoms we can also eat after the game if it's still early." Lena said
"And my Dad already said he will give us a ride to the game, and I will be bringing my camera for better picture quality." Amara said
"Then we're all set for tomorrow. I can't wait!" Lena said
"Same I'm sure they will win!" Amara said
"Of course, they have Jay and Luke in the team! YAY!" Lena said, holding a cheerleading pom pom for tomorrow.
"And you're very excited to cheer for them you're already holding the pompoms hahahaha!" Amara said
"You're 100% right now you have to go home and get your beauty sleep because tomorrow we're using up every ounce of energy and voice to cheer them on" Lena said
"Hahahaha ok I'll get going. I'll chat you when we're leaving so you can get ready." Amara said
"Sure sure." Lena said
Amara went home and slept early for tomorrow. She woke up earlier than usual and opened her phone to chat Lena.
