Back at the lighthouse, Zarkon stood at the very top and put his telescope up to his eye. He saw the group of surfers and bikers running towards him. He squealed in shock.

                                                                                       🏝

"Well, it could be worse," Lance said after another failed escape attempt. "At least my favorite movie wasn't Tarantulas on a Train."

Pidge snorted at that, bouncing on her heels, full of energy.

"Okay, you've officially lost it." Lance decided.

"If we hadn't have come here, I'd be on the plane right now, heading to some...private school to become something I really don't want to be." She admitted.

"You don't, do you?" Lance realized.

"You know, I've spent this entire movie telling Allura, to follow her heart, and do what she loves, and she did. She's more courageous than I am." Pidge sighed.

"That's not true. You're braver than anyone I know." Lance said seriously.

Pidge looked away and smiled.

"So you're glad we came." Lance said, still a bit confused.

"I couldn't be more glad." Pidge admitted. "It's like, I'm tied up, but at the same time, I've never felt more free."

"You were right. What's the hurry to grow up? When I could be stuck in 1962 with you." Pidge looked up at Lance, who gave her the biggest smile.

"When it's meant to be. The stars seem to glisten." Pidge began to sing.

"Meant to be, all clouds the depart. When it's meant to be."  Lance joined in.

"It's destiny calling."  He smiled at her.

"And if you listen, you'll find your heart." Lance and Pidge joined hands, as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

Haggar, totally ruining the moment, came in and said, "We only have one loose screw left, and then we will be ready to change the world!" She tightened the magnet.

"Do you really wanna do this?" Lance asked. "Ruin the lives of all these people?"

"Just because you can magnify the power of nuclear plutonium by 647 degrees, doesn't mean you have to." Pidge added.

"What?" Lance looked surprised.

"What? Like I never paid attention while watching the movie?" Pidge scoffed.

Haggar got up in Pidge's face, making her gasp. "How did you know that? Who are you?" She narrowed her eyes.

"We're from the future, and you're not real. You're just a villain in a movie we got stuck in somehow." Lance said matter-of-factly.

"No!" Haggar somehow appeared on the other side, next to Lance.

"Yep." Pidge shrugged.

"I'm nothing but a, flicker on a silver screen?" Haggar gasped.

"Yeah, pretty much." Pidge nodded.

"BAD NEWS! BAD NEWS! BAD NEWS!" Zarkon came rushing in. "The surfers and the bikers have united together in order to destroy us and save you two!"

"How is that bad news?" Pidge asked excitedly.

"Bad news for you!" Lance laughed.

"Well, really. Haggar?" Zarkon stared off into the distance. "It's time."
