((a/n: this chapter gets a little romantic, but nothing crazy.))

Shoto and i ended up walking around a little more, stealing small kisses from each other as we went. 

"i really don't mind to meet your dad tonight," Shoto said calmly.

"He's going to be so embarrassing. I'm trying to spare you," i nervously chuckled. It was getting to be in the later afternoon, so i would have to head home soon. 

"But it means spending more time with you." I blushed at his comment. I did really enjoy Shoto's company.

"Alright. Just know what you're possibly getting yourself into," i said with a giggle. We started walking back towards the entrance of the mall, when i spotted a familiar puff of green hair. "izuku!" I shouted out, catching his attention. He turned around, caught off guard.

"H-hey (y/n)!" we walked up to each other. "And Todoroki??" he asked in confusion. Shoto glanced at him and gave a slight head nod.

"Midoriya." Izuku looked very caught off guard, especially once he noticed we were holding hands.

"What are you doing here?" I asked cheerfully.

"oh! I had to get some new shirts for when i train. And my mom asked me to grab her some new slippers too."

"I need to visit you two soon, I havent seen your mom in a while!"

"Yeah, that'd be nice." he glanced at Shoto, who was studying him with intensity. "what brings you two here?" he asked hesitantly. Before i could even respond Shoto spoke up.

"We're on a date."

"a-a date?!" Izuku asked in shock making me blush madly.

"Yes. She is my girlfriend after all." Shoto replied, as if it was common knowledge. Izuku stared at me with his jaw on the floor.

"yeah, we're together," i said with a sheepish laugh.

"well, congratulations," Izuku said with a nervous smile. "I gotta get going though, You two have a good rest of the day!" He gave a friendly smile.

"Catch you later, Izuku!" I called as he walked off. He stopped and turned around to give a friendly wave. We resumed our walk to leave the outdoor mall area. I zoned out, happily humming.

"does you're dad know I will coming home with you?" Shoto asked, drawing me out of my random thoughts. We boarded the train to take us back to my neighborhood. 

"oh yeah, i should probably text him about that." I took my phone out, sending my dad a quick message.

me: hey dad, is it cool if shoto comes by?

Dad: Shoto? You mean my dear sweet daughter's first boyfriend? 

me: Funny. is that a yes? 

Dad: I must assert my dominance as the man of the house. Strike fear into him. 

me: On second thought...

Dad: NO WAIT he can come by before I go to work

me: ok, thanks pops. We just got on the train, see you in 35ish

I locked my phone, taking a deep breath.

"Everything ok?" Shoto asked, glancing down at me. 

"yeah, just my dad being crazy already." He gave a soft smile.

"i'm sure it'll be fine."

We got off the train and started making our way though the neighborhoods hand in hand. We had to walk by the apartment and small shop areas to get back into my subdivision. I pointed out Izuku's building as we passed it.
