Crimson Eyes {{Katsuki Bakugo X Reader}}

I looked around a little nervously as Midnight finished explaining the rules of the calvary battle. What do I do What do i do What do i do?! Panic was setting in. 

"You have 15 minutes to build your teams!" Midnight hollered. Shit! "I suggest you get started." I started looking around everywhere trying to figure out who I should work with.

"(y/n)." I looked to my left and saw Shoto walk up.

"Dont even think about it you IcyHot bastard." Kacchan walked up on my right. I looked between the two as they stared each other down. 

"well... I... uh..." I felt so anxious being on the spot. Who do i pick? I looked around nervously trying to decide, then I saw my escape route. "I'm teaming with-"

"(y/n)!" Speak of the devil. Izuku ran up to me, Uraraka peering at us with a determined face, meaning they had already teamed up. "(y/n) please." I gave a confident smile.

"Im teaming with Izuku." 

Silence.

No really it was kind creepy how quiet Shoto and Kacchan got as I focused on Izuku's face. No way I was going to look at either of them. They both finally started to protest, but i grabbed izuku's wrist and drug him off towards Uraraka. 

"We can do this." I stated with a fire in me.

We prepared ourselves for the start of the battle. I was in the back  with Uraraka, Tokoyami was in front, and Izuku was the rider on top. We were an odd team, but we can make this work. We strategized lightly before we set up. Uraraka could lighten all of us and i could use my spider ribs to jump us into the air if needed, as well as defend and attack with scorpion tail. Tokoyami would be our main defense and our eyes, using dark shadow to scope all directions. That meant he and i had to be in heavy sync to be able to defend and attack as necessary.  I glanced around at the other teams, Shoto and Kacchan staring us down heavily. The countdown began and i swallowed the nervous lump in my throat.

"Begin!" Midnight yelled and without hesitation every team immediately charged towards us.

"Theyre not even  giving us a chance. What'll it be, Midoriya?" Tokoyami asked with urgency. 

"They're coming!" I nervously whispered.

"It's simple," Izuku's face was serious. "We're running away!" The other teams started their attack. A team from class 1-B charged and started to release their quirk that softened the ground.

"Ready Uraraka?!" I yelled. 

"Yes!" She quickly activated her quirk and i could feel us all grow light as air. I sucked in a deep breath then pushed my ribs out and bent them backwards, so has not to hit my team, then used all my strength to lunge us into the air and over the other teams, causing many to yell at us in frustration. They tried to attack us, but dark shadow quickly blocked seeing as they were aiming in my blind spot- uraraka's side. We all thanked and praised him for his strong ability.
