C.10: Your worst nightmare!

Now it was my turn. I got off the boat and started walking.
"Now let's see who's the lucky winner who will hunt me." I smirked getting my katana from my bag just in case.

April's POV
Walking around the island I tried looking for Siper.

"This is boring." I pouted. If only Killua was here... I know!

"KILLUA! Help!" I shouted at the trees. Where is he though...

"April are you alright?! Are you hurt?!?" He screamed running towards me.

"Now you decide to show your adorable face... Um I mean I'm okaaayyy..." I blushed madly.

"You are an awkward mess April." Then he chuckled and then he said something so quietly I couldn't hear it.

"Who's your target, Dimples?" He asked me nervously. Then I started laughing really loud.

"Um... Are you alright? Should I run?" He looked at me like I was crazy.

"It's Siper and let me guess yours is Amori the hot eye liner guy." I said sarcastically.

"No it's Umori. Wait the hot eye liner guy what the fuck!" He suddenly got mad. Why is he mad? Geez it was just a joke.

"Calm down Flake I was kidding... Why are you mad?"

"Um... Nothing I gotta go now! Good luck finding your target!" He said running the other direction.

Oh. Okay then. Yeah just run away like nothing happened.

I'm gonna do the same. So I went the opposite direction of him looking for Siper.

Killua's POV
I left her alone. I'm such a coward! But the reason I left was my heart. It suddenly felt like it was being twisted and then it started beating rapidly.

Am I jealous? No that can't be! She's not even mine...

Sometimes I feel like I know her but other times it's like we are strangers.

This is frustrating! I sighed and kept walking with my hand on my pockets.

April's POV
I watched from afar as Siper was being killed.

Well kay then kill my fucking target.

I saw as they threw her badge to the bushes.

I quietly tried to conceal myself and I took it and ran.

Now I won't have any fun...

All I can do is go back to the meeting place or wait for the person who's hunting me.

I decided on the last one.

So I climbed a tree and I sat on a branch.

Why am I sad that Killua left? It's normal that if your friend leaves you, you will start feeling sad. I think...

It felt something worse than that but I don't know.

I saw a shadow in the distance.

Yes! Fun just came by to greet me.

I jumped off the tree looking like a leaf falling softly on the ground... Not really, more like a falling rock.

"Omg please don't hurt me I'm defenseless... Please!!" I screamed sarcastically.

The moron of a person that was stalking me came out. LOL he bought it!

"Baby I won't hurt you if you hand over your badge." Who the fuck is he calling baby! Oh hell no.

"Oh okay then... NOT!" I said taking out my katana.

"You think I'm that stupid to hand over my badge? HAHAHA that's funny. Now let's see who's the one who will hand over their badge. Oh wait I don't need yours... Aww too bad now you have to fight me." I smiled innocently.

"Who a-are y-you..? He said.

"Your worst nightmare. Jk I'm April. How's it going?" I said.

I took out my katana and as I opened it something started surrounding me. It felt hot. I looked at my my katana and it was now enveloped in flames. Leah now I know what you meant. Soon you will come. Surely soon we will meet.

I smirked at the brown haired guy as he took out two knives.

He attacked me and I simply dodged it. He almost slashed my cheek. He's not weak, nice opponent. I hit him on the leg with my katana and he winced in pain. He ran towards me and this time he slashed my cheek. Wow he is losing a lot of blood but keeps going. I slashed his other leg and suddenly I felt the fire around me get bigger and hotter. I was about to pierce my katana through his heart but I stopped.

The flames around me extinguished and I closed my katana.

"I'm so sorry. I kind of almost killed you but Hey! You are alive. Well good luck finding other badges because I'm not giving you mine. I need to be on this exam. Farewell."

"Wait you don't know my name."

"Leave it like that knowing your name is basically starting a friendship. I don't need to befriend more people. It will only ruin their lives along the way." I started walking towards the meeting place thinking about Killua.

Killua I'm glad of knowing your name but I'm also worried about you. I'm a monster, an untamable monster.

"Control can be more blinding than the inability to see." I whispered to myself.
