Nada and her gang were on the floor laughing hard after she got off the phone with Adan. They heard him tell the agents to track her down with the gun she mentioned and they wondered how he really easily believed that she was with a gun.
“Find what gun?” Nada asked.
“Wow, it’s a good thing Macleod went near him so we’d hear everything” Blesse said and wiped the tears that fell from her eyes.
“You mean it’s a good thing I placed the bug in Macleod’s phone, huh?” Nada said.
“Whatever, they’re gonna be really confused soon” Fae said.
“What do you mean? I thought you said you used a different name and address when you purchased the arms and ammunitions?” Nebula asked.
“Yes and that’s what they’re going to get confused because I used Swart’s name and address to purchase all our ammunitions from the arms dealer. All I did was go to the front of his house to collect the order” Fae answered.
“You monster!” Nada screamed dramatically and shared a high five with Fae.
“Anyway, I want you guys to keep remembering the plan; I don’t want us to go out of track because of our extreme dislike for Swart. Let’s stick to the plan because there is no plan B” Nada said.
“Yeah, assuming we knew who the other accomplice was we would have just finished them off already” Blesse said.
“That’s true but let’s go and see how Mother and daughter are doing, huh?” Nada said.
They walked into the room where Daisy and Hannah were tied down. Daisy was up but her face was all battered and shattered. She was saying something to Hannah but stopped when the girls walked in.
“Hey there” Nada said and began to wave at them like a child.
“Mom, that’s her. She’s the one who keeps deceiving Mac” Daisy said.
Nada sighed and turned to the girls.
“That’s seriously the first thing she says at the sight of me, huh?” she said.
“Look, I don’t know what you claim my husband did to you but can you please let us go?” Hannah said.
Nada turned to her, curious to hear what she had to say.
“If at all anyone should be here please let it be me because I’m his wife. Please let my daughter go” she said and began to cry.
“Come on, you’re confusing me. Choose which one of you I should let go and I’ll do that. It’s a special service I’ll give you. Didn’t give Thelma and Elisa that though” Nada said and walked up to them.
“Daisy. Let Daisy go, please” Hannah said.
“No Mom, you should go on. They won’t hurt me so it’s better you go” Daisy said.
Nada placed her hand on her chest staring in wonder as Mother and daughter chose each other as the one to be set free.
The 5 laughed heartily at them.
“Come on you two. This isn’t a Filipino drama so just cut it out and make a decision quickly. I lack patience you know” Nada said.
“Let Daisy go. Set her free” Hannah said.
“As you wish, Madam” Nada smiled.
“Open the window Mini and please whisper something into her ears as you let her go” she added.
