Chapter 18

Daisy and Hannah had begun to recover from their injuries but they had their doubts of ever going back home.

Hannah at some point hated Swart for getting involved in such dirty activities as joining to kill young children when he had children of his own. She wanted to see reasons with Nada and the girls but they were killing innocent people as well. Like Elisa and Thelma, they didn't take part in Philips' dirty work but Nada killed them and was about to do the same to them.

Worse, Daisy's savage tongue wasn't helping their situation.

"Mom, are we ever gonna leave this place?" she asked.

"We might, if you try to keep shut and not anger Nada" Hannah said.

The girl in the room with them had an AK-49 in her hand. They thought Nebula was a monster but they hadn't seen anything then. Holding a pistol and holding an AK-49 was two different things. One was slightly monstrous and the other, monstrously monstrous.

"Is Dad even looking for us? Is he really guilty of those things Nada said he did?" Daisy asked.

"I guess so" Hannah said.

"The way he was acting when Nada accused him of those things that day showed he's guilty" she added.

"Gosh, can you motherfuckers keep it down? You're making my smoke boring" one of the Spanish looking girls said.

"Ellas son realmente molestas" the other one groaned.

Hannah was beginning to annoy her. Hannah and Daisy didn't know the language so if the girls were going to sell them out they had absolutely no idea. Hannah didn't also like the fact that they made her inhale the air they had made toxic from smoking marijuana and all kinds of weed.

Just then, Nada walked in with Blesse and handed a parcel each to the girls.

"How are you Hannah? I'm guessing your Spanish has improved huh?" Nada said.

"Let us go!" Daisy shouted.

The Spanish girls cocked their guns and aimed at her. Daisy kept shut immediately and pulled backwards.

"Wow, so you're scared of them but not of us?" Blesse asked.

"Should I make you scared of me by blowing off your Mother's brain?" Nada asked.

"Just let us go" Daisy said through clenched teeth.

"I wish I could do that but I want you guys dead so until I get what I want just be patient with me. I promise to get you the most beautiful casket ever" Nada said.

"Did you feed them?" she asked and turned to the girls.

"Sí" the girls answered.

Hannah wasn't retarded so she knew what language 'Sí' was and she wondered what else she didn't know about Nada. But the truth was she knew nothing about her other than the fact that she wanted to kill them.

"Is Nada your real name?" Hannah asked.

"What's up Anna? That was a surprising question" Nada said.

"¿Debería decirles mi verdadero nombre?" she asked the girls.

"Haz como quieras. Tú eres el jefe" the girl smirked.

"Mi nombre es Caramelo" Nada said to Hannah.

"Can't you say it in English?" Hannah asked.

"Caramel" Nada said and walked out.

She had forgotten about her real name and decided to use the name Katherine, her savior gave her.
