Nada left Clybin Park to meet the girls but Macleod and Adan remained, engaged in a heated conversation. Macleod fully believed that his Daeva was indeed assaulted by Nada and Adan’s claim that she was Nada was nothing but bullshit, a means to push the blame on someone.

He was trying to handle his family problems as well as getting Daeva to be in a relationship with him but after he had disturbed her when she was at work, Adan decided to add fuel to the fire by accusing her of being a murderer.

Adan however, was so sure Nada was Daeva. Even if the only proof he had was the fact that she talked like Nada sometimes. Like the way she called everyone sweetheart or sugar and the whole vibe she gave off. He was sure she was the Nada everyone in the CIA dreaded.

The CIA agents had begun to whisper amongst themselves about how they were going to back out from any plan Adan presented them in a bid to save his Father. After seeing how Nada worked and how scared Adan was to move and do anything, they didn’t want to have anything to do with him and his issues with a killer and that added to his frustration.

He badly wanted to catch Nada before she made a move on him.

“Adan, are you nuts? No, I think you are, there’s no need for me to ask you” Macleod said.

People had begun to take notice of them bickering like an old married couple.

“No. I’m in my right mind. You’re the one who is insane” Adan said.

“How can you possibly accuse her of being this Nada?” Macleod asked.

We’d definitely kill George; that was the message sent to you. Your stupid Father gave my Father’s name to no other person but Nada. How the hell does a message like that come from Daeva if she isn’t Nada?” Adan said.

“Daeva said her phone was stolen by someone in a mask. Who wears masks and is after us? Nada”

“Don’t you think this is just another trick of her’s? Like how that gun she mentioned was purchased in my Dad’s name?” Macleod asked.

“Dude, that girl is lying. Didn’t you see the look on her face before she left?” Adan asked.

“I did. She looked like she was annoyed, surprised, amazed, flabbergasted, you name it” Macleod answered.

“No moron. The look of victory, that was the look she had on her face” Adan said.

“Seriously? Look of what now? Victory?” Macleod asked.

“Look, I see what you’re doing. You want to pin this whole Nada thing on someone. You alone have seen this Nada first, gotten a better view of her than we did. You have spoken with her at length and you’re just acting this way because you know she’s coming for your Father not that Daeva is actually Nada” he said.

“Yes, she is coming for him and I want to do everything in my power to protect him unlike your weak and lying Father who can't protect his own family” Adan said.

“If your Father is not guilty you shouldn’t be so scared” Macleod said.

“Then what about you? Didn’t she also come after your Father? It means he’s guilty of whatever it is she’s accusing him of” Adan threw back.

“Yes he is guilty! But we don’t go about accusing innocent people of being murderers!” Macleod said.

Adan backed away from him now. There was no convincing him that Daeva was Nada. Macleod was blinded by love.

“If you want to accuse anybody I don’t care, you can do as you please. But please, stay away from the people around me. Especially Daeva and my Father” Macleod said and walked into his car.
