"(Y/n)!" Shachi called and waved at you frantically from in front of the Redline Cafe. He was smiling ear to ear and looked full of energy. "You actually showed up. I told you she'd come!"

You walked up to the two men with an amused, yet perplexed expression. "Did you think I was going to stand you both up?"

Shachi giggled and shook his head. "No, but Penguin thought you were just being nice."

Next to him, Penguin's face flushed slightly and he pulled down the brim of his hat. "I didn't want to bother you on your day off."

Now that you could see the two brothers side by side, you could see all the little differences and similarities they had. Shachi was shorter by a couple of inches, more slender, and his nose was a little longer than his brothers. He obviously had a brighter smile, but even his skin was slightly more sun kissed. Penguin was bigger in general; taller and had more muscle mass and was a touch paler in comparison. His Adam's apple was more pronounced and had a sharper nose. A gentle smile adorned his features next to his brother's wide beaming smile and you were a little startled to see Shachi's canines were more pointed than Penguin's. Despite that though, they both had the same tattoos and wore the same kind of jeans, both with frayed knees. Their hats complimented each other, both modeled after cold water ocean life.

"Man, you worry too much." Shachi brushed Penguin off and shook his head. "If she didn't want to come, she would have said so. Right?"

"Well, I did want to catch up on some reading today and take a break." You replied with a sarcastic snicker.

Penguin turned a deep frown on Shachi's disappointed face. "See? We shouldn't have bothered her."

"But." You continued and looked up at Penguin warmly. "I'm glad you invited me out. Coffee sounds great, especially after last night."

"Hah! See, told you!" Shachi jabbed a finger into Penguin's chest and smirked. "Besides, you asked me if you should text her first. You wanted to see her just as much as I did, admit it!"

Penguin went red and cleared his throat. "Come on, we should get inside and order our drinks." He said and turned on his heel, pulling open the glass door.

Shachi giggled mischievously and shrugged, holding the door. "After you!"

You followed after Penguin and got in line with Shachi. The early morning sun streamed into the coffee shop as it tried to wake its tired customers. While it was failing miserably, the coffee was putting in the extra work. The fresh scent of ground coffee beans tickled your nose and you could smell the fruity scents of muffins. You hadn't been to this cafe in particular before, but it was nice. You'd have to remember this place.

While waiting, a group of girls hovered by the door, all giggling and talking. Every now and then they'd shoot a glance your way and you worried there was something stuck to you or wrong with your hair. Your stomach did a little flip when two of the girls walked over. Instead of coming to you though, they went directly to Shachi with shy smiles.

"Hi there." One of the girls said.

Shachi turned to them and granted them his eternal sunlit smile. "Morning! Can I help ya with somethin'?"

"We were wondering if we could get your number?" The girl asked softly and her friend gave him a shy smile.

"Aren't you high school girls?" Shachi chuckled and slid his hands into his pockets. "I'm a little old for you I think."

"We're both 18." They nodded.

They were insistent. Over Shachi's shoulder, you could just barely make out Penguin's eyes under the brim of his hat. There was a subtle frown on his face and you could have sworn you saw a glint of jealousy in his eyes. He shook his head slightly and turned back to the front of the line.
