Brian signaled for us to emerge, so we did. The teenagers did not look afraid. "We know you are just men in costumes. You can't scare us." The blonde one said confidently.
"I wish this was only a costume. I'm too old for this shit." Brian chuckled as he unholstered his pistol. "Grab them." He ordered us. "Except her." He gestured to the one in the white hood. Tim rushed the male and I yanked the girl by her pigtails. I held my blade to her face. "Watch closely girl. This is what we do to trespassers." He said as he signaled us. I held my knife to the girl's throat. I felt the blood trickle onto my hand from the handle. Her body became lifeless, dropping to the ground. I heard the male hit the ground as well, but I didn't see how Tim did it.
"Why are you doing this?" The girl in the white hoodie began to sob as her friends laid dead in front of her. "Please just let me go. I won't come back. No one will know." She pleaded. She may have well begged a dog to meow. Brian is not one to budge. "Please."
"I'll give you one chance to escape us." Brian said as he holstered his pistol. "Go on run." The girl stumbled to her feet and began running through the woods. "Jeff go get her." He cut his eyes at me. I nodded before sprinting into the woods after here. I am the fastest elite, as well as the bloodiest. I followed her before I got close enough to tackle her. I jumped into her and pinned her to the mud.
"I would have killed but he wants you alive." I muttered into her ear. I grabbed a fistful of her hair before I dragged her through the mud and back to Brian. I threw her infront of his feet.
She looked up at him in fear. "You did this to yourself. You came into these woods searching for the monster that controls us all." Brain said as he kicked the woman in the chest. "Take her back to the compound. Strip her and put her in the cage." I nodded before gripping her hair once more.
"You won't get away with this!" The girl screamed. Brian kicked the woman once again and shot her foot. She screamed in pain.
"No one will come looking for you. Police do not enter these woods. It fills them with fear. Tomorrow your meal will consist of your friends. You will eat or you will be force fed. Jeff take her now. Masky help me get these bodies to camp." Brian ordered. I dragged the girl by her hair to the compound. I ripped her clothes off forcefully. She was already covered in cuts and burn marks under her clothes. I grabbed her face and made her look at me . She began to cry in fear.
"Don't worry I won't kill it you." I said. "I am bringing you back to your basic animal instincts. We're going to break your mind and make you one of us." I said as I held a knife to her face and I created small slits across her body. I locked her cage. She was screaming. Tim and Brian placed the dead teens in front of her cage. She tried to reach for them.
"Soon you'll forget them." Brian said. "No one treks my forest and escapes. Slender man does exist. He does not roam this plain, but I do. Was your curiosity worth it?" The girl shook her head.
The three of us left the girl. I retuned to my cabin, they did as well. Zero was sitting on my couch. "Hey." Her voice was small as I passed her.
"Hey you're up late." I commented before sitting next to her. "I'm sure Brian will expect you to be up early tomorrow."
"Actually I was switched this afternoon after training. I'm with you now. Brian said I was better at hand to hand combat."
"That's good new." I can't believe Brian actually listen to me for once. He never listens to anyone except the deadbeat Tim. I looked over at Zero before standing from the couch. I walked into the kitchen. "I believe this transfer deserves a celebration." I say as I reach into my liquor cabinet. I pullout an unlabeled bottle and two glasses. "Zero go in my room. Top left drawer of the dresser get the box out of there." I say as I pour two glasses. She gets up and walks back to my room. While she's in my room Brian enters my cabin, without knocking of course. "Oh hey Brian."
"Hey Jeff." His voice was broken and soft. I looked at my friend I saw his eyes were bloodshot.
"What happened? Was it Tim? Toby?" I asked as he walks into the kitchen. He sat at the island and placed his head on the island counter. I hand him one of the glasses but he instead took the bottle. "That works too I guess."
"It's a combination of both. Between Toby's actions and Tim's noncommittal self I just don't know what to do anymore." He admitted as he drank from the bottle. "You got anything stronger than this?" I nod as I pull another bottle from the cabinet, I handed it to him. "Thanks." He said giving me back the other bottle and taking the one I just gave him.
"Brian you're here." Zero said surprised as she hid the box behind her. "I wasn't gonna drink sir."
"Zero I'm not on duty I don't care." He said before taking another swig from the bottle. "What's in the box Jeff?"
"Just pot. You are not getting any though. You need to lay off on some stuff." I said as Zero brought me the box.
"I've said I stopped a lot of things. Things that don't concern her." He cut his eyes at Zero. "If you catch my drift."
"Brian you know those make your slender sickness worse." I said defensively. "Where's your stash?"
"Same place it was last time. In the woods. Far away from Tim. Plus I can stop anytime I want too. I'm not addicted Jeff. I should return home. Thanks for the bottle I'll give you another full bottle tomorrow." He said as he stood and left.
