Your car sped as quickly as it could through the Nevada deserts, hoping who you were trying to get to was still alive. As you were driving, you had one hand on the strewing wheel, and the other to grab your phone and call someone. Your uncle. As you called his number, it went to a voicemail, so you left your last message to him and your aunt.
"Hey guys, it's Y/N. It's been, a long time since I last talked to the both of you. 3 years actually. God, it feels so long thinking about it now, because it has been. Anyways. I...I don't think I'll be returning home to you, any time soon, neither will Sky. Just so you guys know, we both love you so very much, and appreciate everything you've done for us. Goodbye, for a long time"
You hung up the phone, and arrived at an abandoned refinery...

Chloe sat on the couch, her palm on her forehead, contemplating what had happened last night. You were busy arguing with Eli and Samantha over what you were going to do as a next plan.
"How could you not worry about this Y/N? You're best friend was just taken and you're not worrying?" Eli asked you
"I am worrying alright? How could I not?" You responded
"What the hell are we gonna do?" Samantha asked
"I don't know. Let me think" You responded as you let out a sigh
As you looked out of the window, you could feel a vibration in your pocket, and it could be heard by the others. As you investigated, you pulled out your phone and saw an unknown number calling. You showed the others and decided to answer the unknown caller
"Hello?" You asked the person on the other side
"Y/N L/N" A deep voice said on the phone
"Hello? Who is this?" You asked again
"You have questions about what happened last night, and we have your desired answers" The voice says
"What are you talking about? Who is this?" You asked in confusion
"We'd like to make a deal Y/N"
You stay silent for some time
"What kind of deal?" You ask
"You have 24 hours to bring yourself and Sky this location sent to your phone. Come alone." The voice said as a message came to your phone
"Why should we? How do we know this isn't a trap?" You asked the voice
"We have Gamma" The voice responded "We are the ones who took him, and are offering to give him back to you, but only for a limited time. If you do not come to the location within those 24 hours, Gamma will be killed"
You stayed silent again
"Better hurry up Y/N" The voice said as the voice disconnected the call
"Y/N? Who was that?" Sky asked, standing by the couch
You turned back to look at her, seeing the confusion in her visor. You didn't respond to the question.

You drove your black BMW through the deserts of Nevada, Sky, your Protogen girlfriend sitting next to you. As you drove down the trail, you could see Sky worried a bit. You tried calming her down by placing your hand on her thigh, but she ended up swatting it away in shock
"Oh! Sorry Y/N" Sky said
"Are you alright?" You asked "You seem nervous"
"I am, a bit" Sky responded "Will they really kill Gamma? Are you really trading him in for me?"
