Chapter 80

Mina and I walked down stairs to grab breakfast when we froze in place. I rubbed my eyes to see if I was actually seeing what I was seeing. I blinked once, twice, three times.

Had I finally lost my last braincell? I bet it was all the strawberry milk I had been consuming my entire life. It finally got to my brain. Maybe I should cut down on the Ramen too.

Ok maybe that's too far. I squinted my eyes at Kaminari. Mina did the same and she spoke, "Um...what you got there?" She asked in question.

I squinted my eyes at the electric blond who was standing in the middle of a very empty common room. "A smoothie." He said as he held a smoothie cup.

I squinted harder, "You seeing what I'm seeing hun?" I asked my best friend. She nodded her head slowly. The elevator pinged open and Katsuki and Kirishima walked out.

"And then he blew the entire building up." Kiri finished whatever he was telling Kats. They then stepped out the elevator and froze next to us.

They stared at Kaminari too and blinked a few times. Katsuki spoke, "What the fuck is an Emu DOING IN THE COMMON ROOM!?" He seethed. In all his glory,  Kaminari stood in the middle of the common room next to an Emu.

The Emu looked pissed too. "That's what I wanna know." Mina mumbled. "It's for a school project." He declared. As the rest of the class came down they stopped and stared.

After many questions shot at Kami, Kats had finished cooking for me and him and Aoyama and Izu had cooked for the class.

The Bakusquad had sat at our normal table and Kami tried bringing the Emu to stand next to our table. "Nu-uh! Not near my food!" Mina shouted.

"C'mon why not!?" Denki protested. Katsuki scrunched his face up in anger, "Get that fucking bird out of here, dunce face!" He seethed. I chuckled quietly as Kami sulked.

Aizawa walked into the common room and froze. "Fucking hell." He muttered to himself as he eyed Kaminari. Toshi walked in next to his dad and froze too.

"Uuh...dad. Are you seeing what I'm seeing?" Toshi asked his dad. "Unfortunately." He muttered back. "Kaminari what the hell is that?" Uncle Zawa said trying to keep his cool.

"An Emu." Kaminari responded. Aizawa sighed, "You have till the count of three to get that bird out of the dorms." He said dead serious.

As he counted down, Denki quickly took the Emu outside. Aizawa sighed and walked to the coffee pot, "You kids will be the death of me." He muttered.

~Time-Skip~

I had been busy all day making preparations for the Banquet which was officially a week away. We decided to hold it the night of the festival and it would be in gym gamma.

I was incharge of preparing the theme of the Banquet. There would be satin red table cloths on the hundreds of round tables I had picked out.

The table cloths complemented the blue and white flowers I had asked Ibara -a girl from Class B- to help create with her quirk.

By the time she was done, parts of the massive gymnasium walls had been decorated with the beautiful flowers. She told me the flowers wouldn't wither for another month so it would last until the Banquet

The color scheme I had chosen for the area was Red, White and Blue due to the U.A emblem. I had ordered hundreds of silverware to complement the white flowers I was to stationed on the tables.

I had also ordered a professional photographer for the night aswell. I got back to the dorms at around 7 o'clock. I changed into my PJ's and walked down stairs.
