Chapter 97

The smell of Christmas was in the air tonight. Christmas eve was a special night in the Yagi household. Every year my dad would hire caterers to cook up the best dishes known to man kind.

The dining hall table was absolutely filled with every Christmas delectable you could think of. The tree -which had been decorated by the boys and I this year- had hundreds of presents underneath.

I could smell the gingerbread cookies from all the way upstairs. I was unfortunate tonight. I was tasked with a stack of paperwork for the hero commission and I had to complete it by tonight.

Luckily, I only had a few sheets left so I'd be free any minute now. I heard a knock at my bedroom door and I called out a 'come in' in response.

The door opened and in walked my boyfriend. "I was told my girlfriend would be in here. Have you seen her?" He mused as he closed the door behind himself.

I hummed, still not looking up from the paperwork I was signing, "What does she look like? I might have come by her." I played along. He hummed as he seemed to think about it, "She's really pretty. Like drop dead gorgeous kind of pretty." He complimented as he stood by my door.

He continued, "She's really smart and she's stronger than ten grown ass men. She's sexy as fuck and she's also good with kids." He explained to me as I focused on the paperwork.

"Y'know she's every guys dream girl. She's all mine though so fuck them." I could hear the smirk in his voice. I finished the paperwork and piled them on my desk.

I then stood up and turned to him as I leaned against my desk, "She sounds pretty hot, no?" I smirked. He grinned, "Trust me, she is." He winked causing me to blush.

"You know you can come in Katsuki. It's just my bedroom." I chuckled as he stood by the closed door. He rolled his eyes, "I was being respectful dumbass." He grumbled.

I giggled, "You're my boyfriend, you can come into my room whenever you like." He walked over to me and spoke, "What were you doing anyway?" He asked as he embraced me.

I relaxed into his touch, "Paperwork. I had to finish it by tonight." I explained. He hummed as I placed a kiss on the crown of my head, "Everyone is downstairs waiting for you." He muttered into my hair.

I nodded and let go of him as I walked over to my walk in closet. I flicked the light on and the room illuminated in a warm glow. "What to wear." I muttered under my breath as my fingers trailed the clothing rack.

I snagged a cute Christmas dress and held it against myself. If I had to wear a dress, I would. Simply because Aunt Nem would break a head gasket if I didn't.

"Your room's pretty nice." Kats said as he leaned against the island in my closet that housed my jewlery and bags. I hummed, "It's bigger than my dorm room but your room is bigger." I mumbled as I inspected my options.

He hummed in agreement as I picked out a cute red mini dress with fluff on the bottom. I turned to him and held it against myself with the other dress in hand, "What do you think? This one or this one?" I asked thoughtfully.

He looked at both of them and then pointed to the red one with fluff, "That one. It complements your figure." He said as he watched me with warm eyes.

I raised a brow, "You know fashion?" I said in a shocked tone. He rolled his eyes with a smirk as he leaned against the island, "Yeah smart ass, I do. My parents are fashion designers, remember?" He explained.

"Oh yeah," I hummed in contemplation, "I'll wear this one then." I smiled as I put the other dress back. He hummed as I walked out of my closet and into the bathroom.
