We arrived at gym gamma and the rest of U.A seemed to have turned up before us. We stepped into the well lit up gymnasium and looked around.
The entirety of U.A were dressed for the occasion as they conversed with one another at their own respective tables. The dance floor had a few people dancing but otherwise, everyone sat at their tables.
"Wow. You really out did yourself Y/N." Kiri complimented as he looked around. "He's right. This is...regal." Izu mumbled as him and Ocha looked around.
There was a buffet filled with the finest of food and thanks to Katsuki, Sato and Lunch Rush there was more than enough to go around.
"This is amazing Y/N. It's majestic!" Momo complimented as she took the room in. Sho nodded, "I'm just glad you didn't burn anything down." He sighed.
I chuckled, flipping him off and we all walked towards our table. I had named each and every seat so that people could sit with their friends. It took alot of work considering I had to figure out the different friend groups for the entire school.
We all took our seats at the round table. "You even named the seats?" Kami asked as he looked at the name card on the table. I nodded, "Yeah. I mean I wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable." I explained.
"That's really thoughtful." Kyo smiled. I waved her off, "It wasn't much." I chuckled. We conversed and talked about a variety of topics as we ate our food.
It was mainly the boys arguing with Kaminari again and us girls adding to the conversation. Eventually Kyoka said she had to go and help DJ so she got up and walked to the DJ placement.
Mina suggested that us girls go and dance and the boys decided to stay behind and talk. As the night progressed, the professional photographer I had hired had been taking pictures of everyone.
I got tired of dancing and walked back to our table to sit down. The girls were still going at it and the boys had joined them. The only one sitting down being Katsuki.
I sat next to him and he looked up from his phone. "Got tired?" He asked me. I nodded my head, "They all seem to have limitless amounts of energy." I chuckled.
He chuckled lightly in response. I reached for a strawberry tart which had been sitting on the desert platter of our table. I sighed as I looked out to all the students.
There were so many and I only realized how many there were when I forced myself to remember all of their names.
It reminded me much of how many fans I have and yet, I will never know all of their names or if they even exist. Katsuki reached out across the table and caressed my hand.
"What's on your mind?" He asked me. "I was just thinking about how many students there are at U.A. I forced myself to remember all their names and it was alot." A beat.
"I just can't fathom how many fans I must have. I mean it was hard enough for me to remember everyone's names here at U.A. I guess it never really clicked with me that I have more than ten million fans. More even." I explained.
He hummed as he brushed his thumb over my knuckles. "You are pretty influential. Especially for someone our age but people adore you. You're like the prized jewel of Japan." He said.
I giggled, "That might be pushing it." I countered. "Believe it or not it's true." He said as he played with my fingers. I hummed as I looked out at the dance floor.
I looked to see Izu dancing like a pro. I chuckled, "You'd think Izuku would fall over his own two feet but he's surprisingly agile." I mused. He shrugged, "I guess he's gotta be with One for All and shit." He muttered.
