"Good morning...Racer X."

Leni froze. It was as if the whole world had stopped. Aika stared at her mother with doubt in her eyes.

Don't Panic, Leni. This could be a joke. Alam mo naman, trending na si Racer X. Keep your cool. Pretend that you know nothing of Racer X. Put it in your mind that you and she are two different people.

How did Aika, my own daughter, find out about my other self? What is she trying to do? Nak, kung may nalaman ka, please. Not now. I need to protect Risa. Please.

"Corny ng joke mo, Aiks." Tricia commented after sipping her coffee.

The statement from her other daughter made Leni calm down a bit. She carefully put Rocco down and it immediately ran under Tricia's seat.

"Ang serious nila kasi kanina, kailangan ng ice breaker." Aika slightly laughed as she ate,

"Akala ko anong meron." Leni laughed, trying her best to be oblivious after hearing that critical greeting. "Really sorry for not messaging you guys last night. I got a call from Atty. Leila that Senator Risa was rushed to the hospital."

"Is she okay, ma?" Jillian asked she picked up Rocco from the floor and let him sit on her lap,

"She's okay." Leni calmly answered. She is trying her best to explain calmly without leaving any questionable hints of what she did that night as Racer X. "She was attending this grand event in the Metro Hotel that night. Luckily, she was rescued."

"By Racer X, right?" Aika then joined in the convo. "Ang heroic naman niya. She probably knew that she was there, so she immediately went to that event with her before the hotel crash happened. It's impossible that she would just swoop in and save her, right? She's not Superman."

Aika. What in the world?

"She was in the same venue as Senator Risa that night. Meanwhile, you left the house just hours before the hotel crash." Aika continued, "Okay, so before you went to the hospital to visit Senator Risa, why did you leave the house? Where you went off to?"

"Well, I—" Leni started,

"Obviously, as always. Nasa AB office." Tricia interrupted. "Di ba, Ma? Nag-heads up na dati si Mama na sunod-sunod ang paperwork ng AB kasi naka-secure na sila ng funding ng projects and—"

"It was all made possible by Racer X." Aika butted in, "Makes me wonder though how she got the money to fund all of that..."

"Are... are we having breakfast or having a debate?" Jillian nervously asked. Trying to change the subject. "Siguro may reason naman si Mama why she left the house so suddenly. Na-timing lang kasi yung nangyari ni Senator Risa."

"Then Ma, can you explain why you never picked up our calls?" Aika asked, "Sorry for sounding like this. Pero, na worried din kami sa yo."

"I left my phone with Sherwin and Tin. They were with me in the office kasi. I was so focused on work, I forgot about my phone."

"I see..." Aika spoke, taking another sip of her coffee. "Okay, I'm a little convinced. But I'm still having doubts. Since your schedule and Racer X's appearance are... questionable."

"Are you joking, Ate Aiks?!" Jillian expressed, "You seriously think that Mama is..."

"10 percent chance that she is," Aika replied as she made her last munch,

"10 percent lang naman eh." Tricia jokingly said, "Tigilan mo na nga, Aiks. Ang layo naman ni Racer X at ni Mama eh. Racer X can take out the baddies. Do you think Mama would do that? No."
