These were the texts replies of Tricia and Jillian respectively. Aika had already reserved a table at one of the Metro's popular restaurant offering an array of delicious food and desserts.

She wasn't excited for the food at all. She was anxious about the outcome of everything.

She was desperate to know if Leni was Racer X.

Just one slip of the tongue, Mama. That's all I need. She thought. That's enough for me to know that my theories were correct.

I know you were so obsessed with the Dragon Lady. Apparently, she is the reason why you wanted to do more in public service. You wanted to be like her. I know that helmet wearing woman is you and once I have the evidence to prove that, pasensya na. I wouldn't mind doing the extra mile to let people know.

The Dragon Lady killed people. Why do you even consider her a role model?

Her phone then rang. She picked it up immediately when she saw the caller's name on screen.

"Hi Mama, what's up?" Aika greeted,

"Hey Aiks." came Leni's voice on the other line, "I saw your text. I am happy to have dinner with you tomorrow night. I only have a meeting in the morning with AB and after that I am free."

"Great. You know it's going to be at the Morning Sun Cafe and Resto right?"

"Oo, palagi kami doon ng lunch meeting dati. Just wanted to ask if tayo lang ba?"

Aika paused after hearing that question.

Why this question? She thought. Is she aware of the possibilities of this dinner?

"Of course tayo lang." Aika firmly replied, "It is a special dinner date after all."

"Haha! Feel ko kasi may plano ka eh. You're hiding something from me?"

What the hell.

"Tell me." Aika spoke, "What are you implying ma?"

My daughter is smart. Leni thought. I'll remain calm as much as I can. But feel ko talaga may ibang kasama toh.

"I thought kasi you're inviting friends as well" Leni replied, "Are you?"

"Well. At the moment, the people that I invited haven't really confirmed their invitation so I am just waiting for their reply."

I have nothing else to do at this point. I rather slip my tongue for a bit rather that keeping the conversation in circles.

"Ah!" Leni enthusiastically spoke on the other line, "So there is someone else with us."

"It's not like you are not used to meeting random people, Mama. I am pretty sure you would strike a conversation with them immediately." Aika firmly replied,

Leni didn't really think much of it. In her thoughts, it is probably just one way for her to prove that she is not making alibis to her children.

At this point, she is willing to play the game. This was nothing to her. But the question is—is she event ready to face this so called "Special Guest?"

"Aika invited you to dinner?" George asked as he continued tapping some code on his laptop,
