I don't remember my own birthday.
I don't even remember what my parents looked like.
The only memory I had with them is when they took me away. They gave me away in exchange for money. I don't recall their faces at all. Only their voices.
It sickens me to the core that they accepted that 10 million and gave me away.
Frederick Jr. is a monster. I hate him.
Their family had a small project that they thought would give them a profit. In order to do that, they needed a test dummy.
I was the unlucky one.
Just a week after they used me for their test run, I ended up with a different kind of right hand and arm.
They exchanged my skin and veins into metal alloy and wires. I lost my voice screaming in pain.
I was a young boy then. Imagine that.
When I heard they were planning to take away my eye,
That was the time I took a run for it.
I didn't know the house I was placed in. All I remember is, it was a large one. Guards everywhere. Someone even attempted to shoot me. Unfortunately, they did.
I shielded the bullet with my new arm. That is the time I knew that this was a part of my body that was indestructible.
As a sort of revenge, I used my new arm to punch the guard who shoot me. It hurt him really bad. I did the same with the others. I remember shielding myself from four or five bullets. I still got hurt on some parts due to the shrapnel.
I climbed up over the gate and ran.
I ran for my life.
I didn't know where I was going. I went straight. Running and crossing the streets with bare feet.
I then reached a certain house. Taking my chance to ask for help. I remember a black vehicle following me as I go.
Someone help.

Hontiveros Residence. Afternoon.
"--and that's what I told them." Risa finished her story to Leni as she refilled her cup of tea, "Expected na yun that they don't give a damn. Mga gago."
"Hayaan mo na." Leni replied, taking a sip of her tea from her own cup, "Besides, you're not there to please them anyway."
"Well, tama ka. Thank you for being here to listen to me, Leni."
"I had to." Leni replied, "You sounded so sad in our phone call, I just had to visit you."
Risa immediately went to where the other woman was seating and gave her a hug.
It was a typical day for both Leni and Risa, talking about their day and other matters that they want to discuss. Most of the time, it was not about politics. It was about their lives, their hopes, their dreams, and even as small things like what they are looking forward to this week.
