The Cayon

Moon ended up staying the night at my apartment, we were in my room, and it was around 4 in the morning, and we were laughing about something that we had seen on Moon's phone when my door swung open making us whip our heads towards the door to see my mom standing there.

Julia- mami, what are you doing!?

Carmen- sorry, mija. I thought that you had some boy in here with you

Moon- uh morning, Ms. Diaz

my mom nodded at Moon as she looked at me, I just stared at her with a 'tf' face before she walked out of my room. I looked back at Moon who just started laughing all over again which I don't blame her, it was an odd situation. 

*skip to later in the day because I can*

Moon had helped me get ready for Yazmine's party thing; I had sent over 3 texts to Robby, but he hasn't responded so I just assumed he got busy. I had already convinced my mom to let me go since it was just a birthday party, not much could go wrong. Once Moon and I got ready, we got into my car, and I drove us to the spot. it was at the Cayon, but as we got closer, I noticed this wasn't our friend's group at all. I noticed Hawk's mohawk and looked around more seeing some more of Miguel's karate friends. then I saw Miguel, all of them were drinking. I walked down the hill as Moon followed, she looked happy to see them all but i wasn't. 

Moon- I'm going to get a drink! you should too!

Julia- nah I don't drink, you can though!

she nodded before walking away, I headed over to where Miguel was standing and grabbed his arm. he looked at me with wide eyes as i dragged him towards the hill and finally let him go.

Julia- what the hell are you doing here, Miguel!? Mami will kill you if she sees you and what are you doing drinking?!

Miguel- relax, it's one drink and besides this was Hawk's idea to crash Yazmine's party. how come you're here?

Julia- i was invited you *cuts off*

I was cut off by yelling from behind me, I turned around only to see Yazmine yelling things at Miguel's friends. it only ended badly for her when she got a front weegie by one of Miguel's friends and she ran off with Kyler an them leaving everyone else to cheer. By the time i had turned around to yell at Miguel some more, he had already walked off and was talking to his friends who were also drinking with Moon besides them. I shook my head and grabbed out my phone to text Robby again, I saw he hasn't looked at any of my messages making me sigh.

Julia- Robby where are you? 

Julia- hello?? are you coming??

Julia- I'm here, do you want me to come get you??

Julia- did something happen?

Moon ran over to me and peered over my shoulder; she took my phone making me look at her as she held it in her hands.

Moon- no worrying about him tonight! if he doesn't come, that's on him! just let loose and hang out, come on this is a great experience

Julia- i guess but i just *cuts off*

Hawk- Moon! come over here!

she looked at him before looking at me, she dragged me over there and I ended up having a really great conversation with Hawk and a few other people that were around. I was mid-sentence when Moon hit my arm making me look at her confused as she pointed towards the hill, I looked over there and saw Sam walking down the hill holding hands with Robby. what the hell. I got up right as Miguel stormed over there an started fighting with Sam, i ran over and put my hand on Miguel's shoulder.

Julia- hey Miggy, calm down. I talked to Robby already, he wasn't cheating. I promise it was a misunderstanding

Sam- wait you thought I was cheating?! what the hell Miguel!

Miguel- yeah, I did, I saw you two that night!

Julia- Miguel stop it, come on let's just *cuts off*

I was about to finish my sentence when Robby put his hand on Miguel's lower arm trying to tell him to calm down, Miguel shrugged me off him right as he swung to hit Robby. Robby tried to deflect Miguel's hit, but it didn't work because Miguel's forearm ending up hitting Sam in the face and knocking on her on the ground. they both stopped as Robby bent down to help up Sam

Miguel- Sam i'm sorry i didn't mean to, i was trying to hit Robby

Sam- well you shouldn't have been trying to hit anyone at all!

Robby looked at Miguel with a harsh look as he was helping Sam up, he didn't even spare me a glance as he walked with her up the hill. I looked at Miguel as I sighed

Julia- Miguel, go get Hawk. we are leaving.

he nodded as I walked away from him to go get Moon, she helped me bring Hawk and Miguel to the car since the two of them kept stumbling. we got them in my car before we both got in, I drove Moon home first before I brought Hawk and Miguel back to the apartment. I struggled to helped them both into the apartment, but i managed to lay them down in Miguel's bed before heading to my room and slamming the door. I threw my keys at the wall and my shoes on the floor before sitting on my bed, I tried to call Robby, but it went straight to voicemail each time. I gave up after the 5th time and just land under my covers. 

i felt the warm tears fall down my face and hit the pillow I was laying on. i was hurt, I mean he pretty much picked Sam over me. am I meant to be this upset? wasn't he just trying to help? or was there something more?
