4. Lavatory

Beomgyu was asked to welcome all the guests at the door, as a sign of respect. Even for the people who were below him, because according to his father, "No one will respect you if you don't." So, he did what he was told, standing at the door and welcoming everyone who arrived.

No one really caught his eye, he was used to seeing people dressed up formally, so he wasn't fazed at all when greeting all the guests. Not until he met him, the guy who completely shook Beomgyu out of his trance. He'd never seen him before, and he looked completely different from everyone else.

"Welcome!" Beomgyu welcomed him in, as he did with everyone else..but the guy didn't immediately walk away. It was a good five seconds of the stranger and Beomgyu staring at each other, like they were in their own world. The stranger finally shook it off, and walked away from the entrance, Beomgyu already knew he had to find out more about that guy once he was done welcoming everyone in.

Was Yeonjun going insane? You bet he was! Did he care? Nope. He just saw the most beautiful man ever, and nothing could break his mood now. He felt superior, like he'd just seen a glimpse of heaven, which he knew he wouldn't ever see.

Yeonjun decided to shake it off, looking around at the tall walls, and decorated tables. Everything seemed perfect, not surprising though, as it was the Royal Family hosting the event. Yeonjun was examining all the different snacks, when someone tapped him on his shoulder. 

"Excuse me, could you tell me where I could find the lavatory?" It was a tall guy, wearing navy blue from head-to-toe, black hair, and he seemed like he was a Royal."The what?" "Oh, how rude of me! I should introduce myself first."

Putting his hands behind his back, the stranger bowed his head down and introduced himself. "Prince Choi Soobin of Iredale Palace, pleased to meet you." What was Yeonjun supposed to say? He had never directly talked to a Royal before. He decided he would come up with a random name.

"Kang Taehyun." The name sounded pretty unique, Yeonjun didn't think the guy would suspect him. "Oh, I have a buddy named Kang Taehyun, nice to know you guys share the same name." Yeonjun awkwardly smiled, putting his hands behind his back and bowing his head down. He didn't actually know if he was supposed to do that, but the "Choi Soobin guy" did it, so he thought it was only right.

"Now, could you please tell me where the lavatory is located?" They were back to square one, how was Yeonjun supposed to answer the question, when he didn't even know what the question meant? "Ah, Prince Soobin, you needed help finding the lavatory?" "Ah, yes, Prince Choi Beomgyu, congratulations on turning eighteen as well."

Right when the beautiful man finally slipped out of Yeonjun's mind, he was back within seconds. "-and you'll see it to the left." While Yeonjun was daydreaming, Beomgyu told Soobin where the lavatory was, and than, Soobin had gone as soon as he had found the way.

"Pleasure to meet you, if you don't mind me asking, what is your name?" 

All of a sudden, Beomgyu's attention was all on Yeonjun.
