"Before we begin with Lumine, let's first watch an overview of each nation so that no one becomes lost." Lynn explained, earning nods and sounds of agreement.

'Teyvat Chapter Storyline Preview: Travail' was written on the screen before it turned black.

"We had no time to say goodbye," a male voice spoke. "so let's not call it that."

"That voice!" Lumine exclaimed in shock.

"What's wrong, Traveler?" Ganyu asked in worry.

"Ah, no, it's just that...that voice belongs to my brother." Lumine explained, remembering that she was in a room with others.

"Your missing brother?" Jean asked, earning a nod of confirmation. "But what does he mean by that?"

Lumine didn't answer, looking sorrowful and longing at the screen.

"You'll understand later." Lynn answered on behalf of Lumine.

"Okay." Jean, noticing the Traveler's sadness, agreed.

Suddenly, the night sky appeared with two stars shooting across.

"The war has already begun. It is just a continuation of past battles." a different male voice spoke.

"War?" some murmured in confusion.

'Dain?' Lumine thought in surprise.

The sky suddenly transitioned into a field of inteyvats, the flower Lumine always wore in her head as the voice continued speaking. "The gods goad us on with the promise of their seven treasures. Rewards for the worthy. The doorway to divinity."

"I have a bad feeling." Nilou said while inching closer to Candace.

"What does that mean?" Yelan asked with interest. "Is it talking about our vision? Or perhaps the way to Celestia?"

"Yet buried in the depths of this world lies smoldering remains, a warning to those that dare trespass."

"Smoldering remains? Warning? Huh?" Xiangling asked in confusion.

"If I'm not mistaken, it's most probably talking about Khaenri'ah." Lisa explained.

"Khaenri'ah?" Itto asked with a raised brow. "What's that? Never heard of it."

"It's not surprising." Albedo said with a nod. "It is, after all, forgotten by most people. Khaenri'ah was a nation in the past, one who serves no god but was prosperous. Unfortunately, it was soon destroyed."

"Why?" Yanfei asked with a small frown.

"No one knows for sure." Albedo said. "Some speculate it is because they were doing forbidden things while some believes it was because they worship no god which Celestia finds offensive."

Some wanted to ask the Raiden Shogun but stopped themselves, knowing they would receive no answer.

'Khaenri'ah...' some people thought with a bitter feeling.

"That throne in the sky is not reserved for you."

"Is that what Celestia believes? That the citizens of Khaenri'ah wants to ascend to Celestia and take the throne?" Tighnari asked. "So they destroyed Khaenri'ah?"

No one answered him.

"But mortal arrogation never stops."

"None will escape the flames."

The screen turned black.

"See for yourself."

Words then started to appear.
