"Since we've finished Liyue, are we going to Inazuma now?" Cyno asked when Lynn entered the room.
"Kind of, yeah." she nodded in agreement which confused many.
"Kind of?" Sucrose asked.
"Yep." Lynn nodded and said no more as the screen brightened.
The screen opens to show Lumine glancing down on the edge of a mountain, looking at a random part of Liyue with Paimon floating by her side with worry.
"Are you okay? Paimon never imagined your brother would have sided with the Abyss..." Paimon trailed off.
The bright atmosphere was immediately ruined as everyone realized when this happened.
"So it's a continuation after traveler found out about her brother." someone from Natlan said.
Lumine pointedly avoided eye contact with Aether and Dain who both did the same thing.
"I still can't accept it." Lumine shook her head slightly.
"Who would?" Xingqiu murmured.
"Well, keep your chin up, Lumine!" Paimon tried cheering her up. "Paimon believes in both of you. And when the going gets tough, the tough gets going! Right?"
Aether, although still suspicious of Paimon, was glad that she was cheering up his sister. He hated seeing her sad, after all, especially if it's because of him.
'I'm sorry, Lumine.' he thought bitterly. 'But I must do this.'
The camera zoomed in Lumine's serious face.
"Yeah. You're right." she agreed.
"He said we needed to "reach the end of our journey..." Paimon bets he still has lots more to tell us. And we won't find out what this "journey" is or where it will end unless we keep going!"
"I'm glad to have you as a guide, Paimon." Lumine said with a small smile.
"Aww, Paimon remembers this!" Paimon burst out in glee as she flew towards the lap of Lumine as she hugged her. "I'm glad to be your guide, too, Traveler!"
Lumine just smiled with a small laugh.
"Hee-hee, then Paimon will be sure to keep up the good work!" Paimon said with a grin.
"Although... where should we go next? If we want to continue with the journey... hmm..."
"I still need to find that god." Lumine reminded her.
"To think our journey in finding the seven would be futile." Lumine sighed.
"The god you're looking for isn't part of the seven after all." someone from Snezhnaya commented.
'It won't be futile.' Aether wanted to say but understood what his sister meant - Lumine just wanted to find him and fight the unknown god. However, she learned that the unknown god wasn't in Teyvat and that he was from the abyss so her goals were gone. She had no reason to stay in Teyvat anymore except her friends.
"Retire." someone from Fontaine said.
"That sounds nice." Lumine agreed before sighing. "I still need answers from the unknown god, though."
Aether silently glared.
"Oh! You mean the god that took your brother away in the first place... You're right. After all, everything that followed... all this confusion... it all started with her."
