Protective Akali

 Of course with the rappers protective attitude not many attempts were made on the girls, either flirting or otherwise or they face the anger of the rapper. with her background of martial arts she was a force to be reckoned with, especially since she was shorter than the rest of  them and yet she was the one people wouldn't fight with. She was deemed fan favorite almost immediately with her rough style. They had just had the privilege of performing for the 2018 League of Legends Opening ceremony. The entire set was incredible, the girls loved seeing the fans dancing, singing and overall enjoying the set so far, and they also loved watching the other performers and chatting with them. Akali had a bad feeling from the beginning and was sticking close to the girls, keeping her eyes out for anything that appears off. Though of course now showing any outwards signs of being concerned, playing it off if the girls asked. At the moment they were down in the stands for signings and pictures, separated but not to far from each other as they get their attention spilt by millions of fans. Of course thats when the danger would strike.

A shriek of surprise caught Akali's, and a few fans attention. She turned to find Ahri trying to fend off a crazed fan, holding a pen like a knife, already bleeding from a wound on her cheek, a thin line of the pen marking the rest of the attack. Akali was quick to move, breezing past Evelynn who just turned at the same time and jumped in front of the next attack, taking the pen to her shoulder as she pushed the fan away. Recovering quickly she tackled the fan, wrestling the pen away before he could do much more damage and pinning him to the ground, while evelynn and Kai'sa was quick to help Ahri and call security. Which was hard to do as the fans pushed closer, either to help Akali subdue the crazed fan, while the others were trying to get pictures of the popstars. Finally Security managed to push through the crowd, Most splitting to get the fans to back away and give them space, while the rest went to help the rapper secure the fan allowing the rapper to back up since they had it, though she stayed close incase the fan broke free. She hardly noticed as a few nurses came up and took the leader away from the area to treat, the dancer going with while Evelynn stayed watching the rapper.

Finally as the fan was being lead away, Akali turned and caught eyes with the diva, her adrenaline slowly running low as the pain crept up. She stumbled faintly towards Evelynn who caught her and wrapped a arm around her to steady her as they headed to find the rest of the group.. "Our little protector huh? Any wounds makane?" Thankfully the small corner they deemed the nurses office was hidden away from the main part, so they didn't have to worry about fans as Kai'sa ran forward and brought the rapper into a careful hug. "Good lord Akali! You could have been killed! What were you thinking?!" Akali just shook her head, hugging the dancer back just as tightly as evelynn moved to get a bandage for the rapper. "Wasn't thinking, just had to act before Ahri or one of you guys got hurt." Akali said softly, pulling away as evelynn approached. "That still doesn't mean it wasn't dangerous Akali! What would've happened if you got killed here?!" "Then I would know it saved you guys, Better me than one of you." The girls went quiet. Kai'sa turning away as Evelynn finished up. "Don't say that..." Ahri said softly, approaching them. "Your just as important to the rest of us." Akali shook her head. "I'm nothing but a street rapper who just got lucky." She didn't expect the soft but steady slap to her face, nor the arms that wrapped around her middle. "Do not say that Akali! You didn't just get lucky! We went through millions of applications, none had the spark you seemed to bring to the songs love." she just stayed quiet, holding the girls tight as they decomposed after what happened before they headed home. though they all knew Akali would do it again if it meant they stayed safe, as it was in her blood.
