FEW WEEKS LATER

It's been a few weeks and Y/N has been super busy with filming for her upcoming movie. She's occupied all day and sometimes they film until midnight and when it's super busy, they would stay up all night to film scenes. And because of that, she was forced to stay at her trailer because she was too exhausted to actually drive home. But after another week of busy filming, she decided to just stay in a hotel. It's more convenient and she can have a couple more hours of sleep.

"I miss you." Scarlett said, pouting.

Y/N smiles, "I miss you too, Scar."

For the past few weeks, Scarlett visited Y/N two to three times. She wanted to visit Y/N more and even stay with her for a couple days, but she's busy as well, so it's impossible to do that.

They talk every single day, usually between their breaks. They would text, talk through a phone call, or use FaceTime. And as usual, they updated each other with their whereabouts or what they'd do for the day.

"Are you nearly done with your scenes? I thought you only need to film couple of scenes?" Scarlett asked.

Y/N stares at Scarlett through her phone screen and nodded her head, smiling. "I thought so too, but I'm almost done with mine. I'll probably be done by next week if there won't be any more problems."

"Thank goodness," Scarlett sighed. "I fucking miss you." She said.

Y/N chuckled, "I'm sure you do, I'm awesome."

"Yes, you are." Scarlett said, smiling. "I miss you so much, hon. But I gotta go, okay? I'll talk to you soon."

"Okay, talk to you later, Scar. Take care." Y/N said, smiling.

Scarlett gave Y/N a flying kiss before ending the call.

Y/N sighed and stared at the ceiling. Another night in her hotel room since they finished late earlier, it was impossible for her to drive back home.

She really missed her house, especially her bed. It's a good thing that she's having fun with filming and that she loves her co-stars and the crew because if not, then it'll really suck. This also gives her a chance to help with the editing process, and she loves doing that.

She sent a text message to the group chat with her best friends since they kept messaging her, asking if she would come home. She knows they missed her, and of course she misses them too.

She was about to go to sleep when her phone rang, startling her. She forgot that she's still holding her phone.

"God." She sighed and sat down. She looked at the caller ID and smiled a little seeing who was calling her.

She answered the call, "Hello?"

"Hey, Y/N."

"Hey, Jess."

They started talking again after Jessica's party. They don't talk every day, just some days, but it's great and they're friends again.

Scarlett didn't know about it, though. Y/N never mentioned it because she knew it would anger the blonde woman. And she doesn't want that—not now, anyway. She's happy that she's friends with Jessica again, and she didn't want to ruin that right now.

But that doesn't mean that she doesn't feel bad about hiding it from Scarlett. She will tell her, but not now.

"Did I wake you?" Jessica asked.

"No, I was still awake." Y/N answered, laid down again, and looked up at the ceiling. "Are you okay? It's pretty late."

"Nightmares," Jessica whispers. "And I couldn't go back to sleep."

Y/N frowned upon hearing that. "Your nightmares are back? Since when?" She asked, genuinely concerned because she knew how bad Jessica's nightmares could get.

"Since I lost my promise ring," Jessica answered. "I know I have yours now, but I still get nightmares. But it's okay, it's not that bad anymore, unlike those days when I'm constantly thinking about the promise ring."

"Why didn't you tell me, Jess?" Y/N asked. Jessica never mentioned anything to her about the nightmares.

"Well, I didn't wanna bother you." Jessica said and she chuckled softly. "It's not your problem anymore."

"Hey, come on now. It was never my problem because I didn't think of it that way, okay? And I'm your friend, Jess. You can talk to me, especially with your nightmares." Y/N said.

"Okay," Jessica says. "Thank you, Y/N."

"Of course, Jess." Y/N said, smiling. "Now, talk to me."

"Okay, well..." Jessica starts.

Y/N hummed and got comfortable, ready to listen to everything that Jessica has to say.
