The morning started off like every other since I got here. I got dressed and made my way downstairs with my backpack and psychology books in hand.

I got in the car and drove to Mrs. Shelly's old home which belonged to me. Deciding I had enough time before school to drop all the stuff off at the house and get a look at it.

I pulled into the gravel and smiled. The outside was adorable, not in a cringy way but in a home kinda way if that makes sense.

Grabbing all the books and weapons I walked to the door and unlocked it. After setting all the stuff down, I walked around and cringed. Now I see why Marilyn didn't come here a lot. This place was way too pastel colored and flowery for either of our tastes.

I quickly decided that all the rooms aside from the study needed to be repainted and furnished. Thankfully I could easily afford to di that. Hell yeah! I now have something to keep my mind busy til paranormal shit happens!

After placing the books in the study and the weapons in the closet, I left the house and went to school.

I wish I'd ditched today. Caroline, like in the show, hadn't come to school today, but that didn't stop her from bombarding me. She was blowing up my phone with messages trying to convince me to join cheer-leading. It wasn't till an hour before cheer tryouts started where I promised to go watch and support her that she finally relented.

That's how I found myself standing near the football field with Bonnie and a whole bunch of other girls' waiting for the cheer captain to start tryouts. Suddenly to everyone but me's surprise my sister joined us.

"You made it!" Bonnie said excitedly.

"Yep, can't be sad girl forever. Are you trying out?" Elena said, directing the question at me. She may not have known her sister all that well but she knew that Marilyn hated cheer-leading with a passion.

"Nope, Caroline wouldn't leave me alone until I agreed to at least watch tryouts." I sighed.

"You and Care seem to be getting closer." Elena said, a hint of jealousy in her tone.
