I was hopeful that things would be better than they were in the original timeline. Not wanting to waste any more time, I climb out of bed and start getting ready for the day. Bonnie texted me telling me she would be back and wanted to talk. I'm guessing she did not want to talk to Elena and wanted to distract herself with witch stuff.
Outfit :
Once I was dressed and looked like a human being again, I headed out after sending Stefan a text reassuring him that he is in control and reminding him to drink some blood before school today. I got to school and was quickly greeted by Bonnie.
"Marilyn!" She squealed and ran to me from her car, throwing her arms around me in a hug.
"Bonnie! I'm so glad you're back!" I say as I hug her back. Even though I'm not as close to her as Tyler or Caroline, I was glad she was back.
"Me too, we have so much to talk about." Bonnie tells me before linking arms with me and we walk towards the school together. We walked through the halls together quietly talking about what she had learned to do while she was away and made plans to meet up so she could show me.
As we walked to the door of our history class, we finally ran into Elena. "Bonnie!" Elena called running over from where she had been walking with Stefan and flung her arms around the Bennett witch. "I'm so glad you're back. It hasn't been the same around here without you. How are you and your family doing?"
Bonnie happily hugs her best friend back but her smile quickly changes to a frown when her eyes fall on the youngest Salvatore brother who is watching the scene unfold from across the hall with a smile on his face. Bonnie lets go of Elena and takes a step back, putting some distance between the two of them. "We're adjusting. Marilyn and I need to get to class. I'll see you around." Bonnie says, sounding kind of standoffish grabbing my wrist and pulling me towards the classroom. Elena's brow drew down in confusion and her lips formed a frown as she saw that Bonnie had been staring at Stefan. Elena and her vampire boyfriend watched as the witch dragged me into the classroom ahead of her.
After Bonnie reluctantly parted ways with me, I went off during lunch to find Tyler. I knew he was still a little under the weather because he ruined his friendship with Matt by making out with his mom. Sure it's been awhile since that happened but Tyler has not really had time to feel guilty about it with all the werewolf stuff we've been working on together.
I finally found him sitting all alone in a corner outside. You could practically see the imaginary rain cloud over his head that complimented his mood. I skipped over to him and plopped myself down on his lap.
"Hey little pup! What's up?" I ask as I wrap my arms around his neck. He chuckles at my antics and scoffs at the nickname I gave him. He keeps threatening me to not call him that, but he has not followed through on anything so I've just kept on calling him that.
