A/N: I am dead tired and once I finish this, I'm going to bed.

Natasha followed swiftly behind Steve as he had Bucky's arms pinned behind him. She watched in approval as Steve commanded, or really forced, Bucky to take them to the main Hydra base.
"Where is it."
Bucky pressed his lips together so tightly that Natasha swore they were glued together.
Natasha called over her shoulder to bring Guardian up to help.
"Do you mind toasting his lips a bit to make him talk" Natasha's eyes sparkled with interest as Bucky's eyes filled with unspoken fear.
Steve held him tight against the wall of the tunnel as Guardian lit one of her fingers on fire.
Natasha watched as Bucky's eyes got wider and wider with each passing second the flames got closer.
"Alright! I'll talk! Just get her away from me!"
Steve gave him a winning smile and gave Natasha a wink.
"I thought you were mute."
Bucky let out a stubborn squawk as they led him outside of the tunnel and into the Quinjet.
Natasha sat in front of him once he was locked into place.
"So, James, where is the main base again?"
"Moscow, Russia. Now please let me go!"
"Nope, for being such a good assassin you get to take us there."
Bucky let out a groan and Natasha almost slapped him. "You better cooperate, or we'll drop you a second time." She left him in one of the jets cells and headed into the main room.
Bruce was there reading a book, Clint and Thor sharpening their weapons, and Tony was in the pilots seat with JARVIS as his co-pilot.
Then there was Steve, just staring wishfully into the distance;not aware that a Miss Natasha was creeping up on him.
"Steve? You alright? She waved a hand in front of his face and he jumped a bit and turned to look at her.
"Oh! Sorry, I was just....thinking." Natasha noted there was a hint of sadness in his voice.
The redhead pressed up against him comfortably and traced small circles on his chest. "thinking about what?"
Steve wrapped his arms around her waist like a fragile China doll.
"A family. I was thinking about a family."
Natasha leaned her head into the crook of his neck as they slowly sat down on the floor. Natasha had to admit, as much as she wanted to keep being a spy, the thought of retiring and raising a family with him had crept up before.
"Steve, I've wished that too."
"You have?" He looked at her thoughtfully, like he imagined a future with her and their children together.
"But we can't have that." Natasha brought her knees up to her chest and hugged them tightly, laying her head onto them.
"Why can't we have a family Natasha?"
"Because....because I'm infertile Steve! I can't get pregnant."
Steve thought that just for a second, he saw the terrible things the KGB and Red Room did to a young Natasha, making her the killer she thought she was.
He carefully picked her up and laid her on his lap. Natasha sighed deeply and laid back into his chest again.
"Tasha, I don't care if you can't have children, I want you and only you."
Natasha looked up with relief and gave a hopeful smile. "Thanks Steve." She leaned up and lightly kissed his cheek, mumbling soft Russian lullabies to him so he can fall asleep. He let out a calming sigh when he finally drifted off to sleep, listening to the hum of the jet and Natasha's soothing voice.

A/N: zzzzzzzz*a melon flies in and slaps me awake* I'm up! Sorry, I'm just really tired. But on a side note I won my art competition and I can sleep now(actually the sleeping part is a lie, I have to write a one-shot for another one of my stories)Happy Reading!
~Forever RedWindP.s. I support the theory that Natasha can't get pregnant and while I do drabble a bit with her getting pregnant, I usually make her have a miscarriage. It's not called being heartless(because I love the little babies), it's called believing in a canon theory.
