"3:55." I hear her say. "ALMOST 4 AM!" Startled by her tone, I decide to stay quiet and let her say what she wanted to say. "YOU DO NOT GET OFF WORK THAT LATE, WHAT THE HELL Y/N!" I don't know what you want me to say, I state quietly.  "I WANT THE TRUTH" "WHAT TRUTH?" I yell, matching her energy. "I GOT OFF WORK AND GOT FUCKING GAS AND FOOD, THATS WHY IM LATE!"

"GOD, IF YOUR NOT HAPPY JUST SAY THAT! I DONT WANT TO BE A VICTIM OF YOUR CHEATING!" Taken back by her words, I place my forehead in my hands and try to calm myself down. "I'm leaving." I tell her. "What?" I'm leaving, I'm gonna fly out to my brother for a few weeks, I just- I need a break.

"Wow." I hear her say, shaking her head. "Fine, go. Your right, we need some time apart." Yeah.. I agree softly. "When do you leave?" 7 am, I booked the earliest flight, I explain.

"Okay." Is all she says before she heads upstairs to bed. Wanting to just scream, I make my way into the shower, unable to stand up as my legs feel limp, causing me to break out into a cry with my head in my knees.

5 am came around quickly, I decided to sleep on the couch so I didn't get much comfortable sleep. Good I packed my bags already, so all I needed to do was head to the airport. I threw on a grey sweatshirt and sweatpants, and put my hair in a bun before going outside to the car. Kara agreed to drop me off at the airport, which I was incredibly thankful for.

"You ready?" I hear her say with her head turned straight, avoiding eye contact as much as possible. "Yup." I say, popping the p. There was little conversation between us the whole car ride, arriving at the airport after what felt like eternity. "Thank god." I thought to myself, hating the awkwardness between us. "Have a safe flight baby." Kara finally says, "Thank you." Trying to pull her into a kiss, but she turns her head. I sigh, before closing the car door and walking inside the airport.

I got myself some coffee and sat down in the waiting area. Pulling out my phone, I decided to look through some old photos of me and Kara when we first met. A single tear falling out my eye. I know I did that for a good hour before I heard my flight called, "Flight 828!" I made sure to text Kevin that I was getting onto the flight and headed to the boarding bridge.

I can't say I loved flying, I honestly hated it. I always found myself with air sickness when I was younger, and what I liked to call flight anxiety, now that I was older. After walking through the plane, I found my seat and sat down, trying to ignore any nerves I had. I put my headphones on, travel pillow, and fell asleep.

I was woken up by the sound of the plane landing, and checked the time on my phone. It was almost 12 pm, meaning the flight was over. I texted both Ana and Kara to let them know I landed safely before heading to the inside of the airport.

Walking in, I see a familiar face in the distance. Once I realized who it was, I started running towards them. "KEVIN!!" I yelled, making him turn his attention to me while opening his arms to accept the hug I was running in for. "Y/N!" What are you doing here!? I ask, playfully  bumping him in the arm. "I thought I'd suprise you! We haven't seen eachother in years!"

After a few minutes of catching up, Kevin and I go out to his car, where I see another familiar face waiting for us. "OH MY GOD, SCARLETT?" I scream before running into a hug. Yes, THE Scarlett Johansson. She was my best friend before I decided to move away and I guess Kevin remembered. "Y/N! I've missed you!" "Scarlett, what are you doing here!!?" Your brother let me know you were flying back out and I couldn't miss the opportunity to suprise you, she explains, causing me to break into a laugh.

We all stood there and played catch up and everything before Scarlett had to head home, and Kevin drove us back to his house. "Woww.." I said with a shocked face as I saw his mansion. Kevin moved a lot, so I probably missed about 5 houses these few years.

"Come on in!" He says, leading me through the huge home. He gave me the whole grand tour, which I was especially shocked at the pool, before showing me my room. He seemed to be in a bit of a rush, which I expected. "Somewhere to go?" I asked, not mad, just wondering. "Sorry Y/n, I just have a party I need to attend tonight and I don't want to be late." He explains.

Oh, alright. "Do you want to go with me" He asks. "Wait what? Is that even allowed?" "Of course, your my sister and family is allowed to attend, it's a wrap-up party for the filming of the new Marvel movie, Endgame." I don't know.. I tell him. "It'll be fun y/n, plus Scarlett will be there." Knowing there will be another friendly face, I end up agreeing.

"Fine! Do I need to wear anything fancy?" He laughs, "Nothing too fancy nothing too cozy." Okay, and what time do I need to be ready? "It starts at 6, so we'll leave at around 5:30, alright?" Gotcha, I say. It was 4:45, so that explains why he seemed to be in such a rush. Meaning I'd need to hurry and get ready.

Thankfully, I packed the perfect outfit for this party. I put on a flowy satin white dress and curled my hair, putting on a small bit of makeup, enough to make myself look presentable. I make my way down the stairs, confused as to why Kevin wasn't already ready, since it was 5:30. "KEVIN COME ON!" I yell, laughing at how I was the first to be ready. "OK ok!" I hear him yell back, not helping my laughter. He finally comes down the stairs, "Alright, let's go!" Alrighty, I say. Curious as to how this night is gonna go.
