Only Time Will Tell

scarlett knows her?!

It is now the next day, which sucks because I can only stay in LA for 2 more days until I have to go back to New York. I would've stayed longer, but my job is very strict on how long we can take leave. I was currently getting ready to go hang out with Scarlett. After I left the beach last night, we ended up texting and made plans to meet eachother today as I can't be here for much longer.

I put on some black jeans with a tank top and of course, my usual leather jacket. I had about 2 hours to spare before I needed to go, so I turned on the TV and turned on a twilight movie. Don't ask why, but I'm completely obsessed with them, ever since I was a teenager I absolutely loved them.

The movie finished and It was 3 pm, so I had 30 minutes to get to Scarlett's house. As usual, I played my regular playlist and drove. I finally made it there, and pulled up into her driveway to see more than 1 car. Odd. After parking and taking my keys, I made my way to the door and knocked.

"Hey y/n!" She greets me, pulling me in for a hug. "Come on inside!" I hang my coat up on the rack and follow her inside. "Would you like anything to drink?" No thank you, I say. "Hey Scarlett where's yo- y/n?" I would recognize that voice anywhere. "Lizzie?" I ask, not expecting her to be here. "You two know eachother?" A confused Scarlett asks. "Yes, we met at the wrap-up party, wait hold on you know y/n?"

"She and I go way back, me and y/n were good friends before she left." Scarlett explains. Lizzie hums, nodding. "Y/n, me and Liz work together, that's how we know eachother. Scarlett then tells me.

As confused as I had been, I was kind of glad Lizzie was here. I weirdly wanted to spend more time with her. So are you two ready? Scarlett asks, confusing the hell out of me as to what she meant. "For what?" I ask. "Bowling!" I have no clue how to bowl but alright, I tell her. "I'll teach you y/n." Lizzie tells me with a small smile. 

We all made it to the bowling alley and got our shoes. Now, I was standing at a lane with a bowling ball looking like an idiot. I hear Lizzie coming up beside me, "Here, you do it like this." She begins to position me correctly, standing beside me with her face between my shoulder.

She begins to count down for me to roll the ball. "And go." she says, I then roll the ball directly in the middle. When it ends up hitting every cone she cheers. "See, your a natural!" I couldn't help but grin at how excited she was about it.

After a few hours of nonstop bowling, it gets pretty late and we're all worn out. We put our shoes back and get our things and head back to the car. I help Lizzie inside as she is practically already asleep and make my way to the front. "Y/n?" She quietly calls me. Yes Lizzie? "Could you stay back here with me?" "oh i uh- alright." I agree, I can so clearly see Scarlett smirking as she watches me get into the backseat.

Lizzie leans on my shoulder and falls asleep fairly quickly. After a 25 minute drive, we pull back into Scarlett's driveway. "Hey, Scar, is Lizzie going to stay with you tonight?" "Yeah, I have an empty room for her." she explains to me. "Alright." I help Scarlett take Lizzie in, and tuck her inside of the bed. "Goodnight Lizzie." I say quietly before exiting the bedroom.

"I'll talk to you tomorrow Scar!" Alright Y/n, drive safe! I chuckle. "I will." After a nice drive, I head back into Kevin's house and plop on my bed, deciding to give Ana a call since it was around 6 pm there.

I'm so sorry ana, it's been so crazy these past few days.

ana, are you a fan of her? I ask, teasing her.

DUH! SHES LITERALLY AMAZING HOW ARE YOU NOT FREAKING OUT Y/N?

I couldn't help but die of laughter at Ana's excitement. Our continued for another hour and it was mostly Ana just explaining to me all of the reasons she loves Lizzie. Sadly she got called in for a patient so she had to leave. I then texted Kara a goodnight text and went to sleep as I was exhausted from the long day.
