Only Time Will Tell

I couldn't deny that I was extremely nervous. Believe it or not, I was a huge fan of the Olsen twins. Call me dumb, but at first I didn't even know Liz was their sister. Truly hoping I don't completely pass out once I meet them.

"Y/n, calm down, its gonna be fine!" I didn't answer, completely lost in thoughts. Liz lays her hand on my thigh, breaking me out of my trance.

"There you are."

I couldn't stop the blush from spreading across my face, a bit embarrassed to be honest. Liz definitely noticed, as I see her smirk, confused as to why she would.

Okayy..

The rest of the car ride consumed of Liz teasing me, which didn't make it any better. We finally arrived outside of a very nice apartment. Liz got out first, and came around and opened my door to help me out. She lead me to the door, where I stood frozen like an idiot.

I could hear footsteps coming from inside, "One second!" My heart was beating faster than ever. Liz decides to take my hand and whisper in my ear, "It'll be fine." What is this girl doing to me?

"LIZZIEEE!!" I see two blonde women reaching their arms out to hug her. They all exchange hugs and both the twins turn their gaze to me. "And who might this be?" Both of them smirking. "This is y/n, y/n these are my sisters Ashley and Mary Kate."

"Nice to meet you y/n!" I go to shake their hand but both of them pull me into a hug.

Is this whole family great huggers?

"Any friend of Lizzie's is a friend of ours." Mary Kate says, Ashley nodding. "Come on in!" Liz and I make our way inside the extremely gorgeous apartment. It was a modern but homey design, which I adored.

"Your apartment is amazing."

"Thank you y/n!" They both said at the same time, which I thought was funny.

After showing us around the apartment, the twins and Lizzie made their way into the kitchen to get drinks.

"She's sweet." Mary Kate says, Ashley agreeing.

"She's a friend, stop it you both! I'm with Robbie."

"Yeah, and she's far more nicer than Robbie ever was." I hear Ashley say.

My sisters never liked Robbie for whatever reason, nor did my family really. It's part of the reason  he didn't wanna come to New York.

"And she's just got out of an engagement." I snap back.

I hear Mary-Kate groan before going back to make our drinks. I hear Ashley coming back over to me, "You deserve better than him, Lizzie"

"I love him."

"Are you sure about that? After what he did?"

I didn't respond, my feelings were all over the place in the moment.

I hear Ashley call y/n over for drinks, leaving me in deep thought. "So, y/n, where are you from?

"I'm originally from LA, but I moved to New York for college and my job." she explains to them.

"Wow, that's amazing! What college did you go to, if you don't mind me asking?" Mary Kate urges on.

"Nyu." I hear Y/n reply, making me finally say something. "Nyu?"

"Yep, for 4 years."

We both went to the same college?

"What a coincidence y/n! So did Lizzie." Ashley tells her while Mary-Kate smirks.

I see a shocked look on y/n's face, while a hint of blush appears, but I don't say anything.

The rest of the evening was pretty much my sisters getting to know y/n and were all pretty tispy now. "Pool party!" I hear Ashley yell.

Both Y/n and Mary Kate agree, now leaving me to answer. "Okay, okay, fine."

"I have swimsuits for both of you guys, don't worrryy!" Ashley tells us.

Once she goes to get us our swimwear, I head into the bathroom to change, forgetting that y/n was in there. I grab my swimsuit off the bed and go towards the bathroom to open the door.

To my suprise, there was a very naked Y/n, changing. I couldn't take my eyes off her, they followed her every move. I just stood there, frozen until she noticed me.

"Liz?" I'm broken out of my frozen state.

"Oh my- I-im so sorry y/n, I didn't know you were insid-"

"I-uh-yeah uh don't worry about it-" A very flushed y/n replies. I immediately take that as my cue to give her some privacy, embarrassed by my actions.

After the whole incident, we are now outside. "YOU WALKED IN ON HER?"

"Ashley, quiet!" I shush her.

"Lizzie, that is like, total weirdo actions."

"Yeah, I know.. I just couldn't-"

"POOL TIME!" I hear Mary Kate yell before I could finish.

We all get into the pool and after 5 minutes, both of my sisters were gone into the house for whatever reason. It was just me and y/n, drunk in a pool, alone.

"I'm sorry about earlier, y/n." I decide to break the silence.

She doesn't say anything, but after a few seconds her mouth curls into a grin, and she states throwing water on me. Well, I guess the alcohol definitely got to her and she must've forgot.

I squeal, "y/n!" Trying to hold back the laughs that desperately wanna escape my mouth. She continues throwing water on me, and I finally give in and do the same.

Y/n is a laughing mess, getting closer the more water she throws. I see her go underwater suddenly, "y/n?" She doesn't answer. "Y/N?!" I yell.

I start to panick, until I see her dive back up out the water right in front of me, our foreheads almost touching. "Don't do that again!" I try to sound as upset as I can.

All she does was laugh, and then a small silence begins between us, our bodies practically touching. Y/n is just staring into my eyes like we're the only people in the world.

She starts to inch a bit closer, her gaze still straight on me. She then tucks some wet hair behind my ear that had been dangling in front of my face.

Before we could get any closer, I turn my head. "I-we should head inside." 

"Yeah." she responds quietly.

I got out of the pool as quick as possible and headed straight to my room, trying to wrap my head around what just happened.

Shit.
