"I'm trying to protect you!" Puss said. The town rolled there eyes. It has been 2 weeks since the nether portal has opened up. Since then Pussinboots has been teaching the town how to protect themselves to monsters. The drills were constant that everyone was sick if it.

"Puss we've been practicing all week every hour! Can we just stop!!" Pajuna yelled.

"Stop...? The portal is dangerous and active! These drills are important."

"Puss they are right..it's been such a long day let's all just leave." Dulcinea said.

"Oh sure let me protect all of you instead of protecting your selves!" Puss said sarcastically.

"Yes exactly! Come on guys!" Pajuna said as they all left to the cantina.

After the last 5 days no one has practiced the drills anymore. Puss gave upon trying to help the, with the blood wolf and portal. Instead he was in the cantina reading books about the nether world and the Blood Wolf. He was trying to figure out a plan to stop the blood wolf and protect everyone at the same time. What was hard was that the cantina was loud with the orphans screaming. Pajuna talking loudly with a customer. As well as Emes joking around with his new friends. What was the hardest was not only that, is that no one wants to contribute to help there own protection. "Ughhhh!" Puss groaned loudly and slammed his head on the table. Dulcinea looked over Puss from the table across from his. The orphans were playing games. Dulcinea walked over to Puss.

"Hey Puss?" She placed a paw on the book.

Puss lifted his head up to see Dulcinea's face.

"What?" He asked.

"What are you doing over here?"

"Oh I'm just reading about the portal and the Blood Wolf. And trying to come up with a plan to protect the town." He retorted.

"Well.." Dulcinea closed the book slowly and pushed it aside.
