Chapter #6

Hope's POV
I'm on the couch chating with Josie when I see Caroline and Lizzie entering the room with a girl, who's probably Y/n.

"Hey, is that Y/n?" I ask Josie pointing to the girl who is smiling looking around.

Josie turns to look at her. "I think so..." then she turns her gaze back to me.

I observe the girl's features, she's around 5'7". She has brown wavy hair, brown eyes, a beautiful smile and a slim figure. She's dressed with dark-blue jeans, a dark green to grey T-shirt and a dark-green jacket with white air force ones.

"Hope?" Josie asks and I turn to face her.

"Hm?"

"Stop staring. It's creepy." She says.

"I wasn't staring! I was just... looking at her..." I try to defend myself.

"Yeah, sure... If you say so." She says teasing me. I feel my checks turn red and I look down trying to hide it.

"Don't tell me you already have a crush on her, you haven't even met her!" The twin says.

"I don't have a crush on her! I mean, she probably has a boyfriend."

"Or a girlfriend..." she teases me even more.

"Oh my god, just stop!" I say with a small laugh then walk away.

Y/n's POV
I'm walking behind Caroline on the hall, passing by doors and students until we stop at a door at the end of the hall on the left. Caroline opens the door and I walk inside while she stays in the doorway.

The room it's big with two beds, one in front of the door and the other on the left, between them is one nightstand. On my right, behind the door is an open space for the closet, on the left corner is the bathroom and the balcony on the right. There are also two desks with two seats and a mini library with books.

"This is your room, your bed is the one on the left. Hope will be here in a moment to give you a tour and introduce you to a few students."

"Ok, thank you Ms. Forbes!"

"Please, call me Caroline." She says with a wide smile.

"Thank you, Caroline!"

"No problem." She says closing the door and I hear her walking away.

I sit on my bed smiling as I look around the room. Around 5 minutes later I hear a knock on the door and I get up from the bed.

The door opens revealing a girl, about 5'6". She has wavy auburn hair, bright light-colored blue eyes and full lips. Around her neck is a necklace with an 'M' on it, which I'm guessing is from her family name 'Mikaelson', and another with a crescent moon.

"Hi, I'm Hope nice to meet you!" She says holding her hand out for me to shake which I do.

"I'm Y/n!" I say with a smile letting her hand go.

"I guess we can start with the tour..."

"Yeah!"

She opens the door for me and I thank her walking out of the room. The halls are quiet which means that the students have classes so it's just us.

"Alright, follow me." She says walking to the stairs.

"So, how long have you been attending this school?" I ask as we walk down the stairs, her leading the way.

"Since I was a little kid"

"Oh, and how is it?"

"It's nice! I'm sure you're gonna like it here!" She says turning to me with a sweet smile.

I smile back "Thanks!"

She gives me the tour of the school and it was incredible. The school is beautiful, it has an enormous pool, the field is huge and it's connected to the woods where they have a lake. When we return into the school we go into the main room where I see Lizzie talking to a group of students, three girls and three boys. She stops when she sees us approaching and the others turn to us.

"Guys this is Y/n. Y/n this is Josie, Lizzie's sister," Hope says pointing to the girl next to Lizzie "this is Finch" pointing to the girl that holds Josie's hand. She has a slightly disgusted expression and doesn't look very happy that I'm there.

"MG" she continues pointing to the boy with the afro hair holding Lizzie's hand, he's probably her boyfriend "Jed" she says pointing to a boy next to Finch. He has a suspicious expression and he looks at me like I'm an alien "Cleo and Kaleb" another couple I see.

They nicely greet me, except for Finch and Jed who just look at me very weird, but I ignore them. We sit down and talk for one hour or so and I realize I need to leave for training.

"Oh, it's getting late, I gotta leave for training!" I say getting up.

"Yeah, we should train too..." Lizzie says not in the mood for physical activity.

"Well, see you later!" I say walking out of the living room and heading to the stairs.

I'm in my room taking the sport bag where my equipment is when I hear Hope behind me

"Already time for training?"

"Well we have a match tomorrow. You should train too if you don't want to get totally humiliated out there!" I say with a smirk.

"Yeah, but we're gonna beat asses at football. Yours too so watch out."

"What about Mystic Falls High?" I say heading out the room with Hope behind me

"Well, for us is a 'tradition' to lose against them"

"Really?" I ask turning to her still walking.

"Yeah... And after that, every year, they think they're better than us. In every way possible..."

"That's not nice! How am I going to survive in a high school full of egocentric people?"

She laughs "Ok, I over reacted. Not all of them are like that. Some of them are nicer..."

"Thank god!" I say as we reach the front door. "See you later!"

"Bye!" She says as I walk out the door.

I head to the gate looking at the time asking myself how I'm gonna get to high school in less then 20 minutes on foot. I hear a voice behind me calling my name and I turn around seeing Caroling running towards me.

"Hey Caroline!"

"Y/n, thank god I found you on time" she says panting.

"Is everything ok? Did I do something or..."

"No no, god no, I just wanted to ask you if you have a license."

"Yes, I have. Why?"

Caroline takes out of her pocket a car key handing it to me.

"Well, I've rent you a car for the time you stay here, you know. The high school and downtown are a little far." She say with smile.

"Oh my god! Thank you so much!"

"No problem! Your car is right outside the gates. You won't miss it. Drive safely!"

"I will! Thank you again!" I say and we head opposite ways.

I walk out the gates and see a white Toyota. "Gorgeous!" I say and get in the car.
