"I know,"  Fitz explained sweetly, "But I need to know."

"For the sixty-seventh, time-I will ask them tomorrow,"  I said.  Fitz looked around at the marble-stained blue and white walls.  And then up at the ceiling fan, watching the fan's blades spinning round and round, making me dizzy.

This was a moment I would've loved to be in a couple of years ago, I didn't realize that I had changed this much though.

I looked forward, staring deep into Fitz's teal eyes (my favorite color).

"Fitz I know that this whole 'romantic' thing isn't what we both thought it would be,"  I said frustratedly.  "But it's the best 'romantic' thing we've got going on, so please just-Bear with me."

Fitz looked down at the ground and seemed to be sad, he sniffled quietly and responded.  "I know...You're the best girl I know, and it seemed like we're supposed to be together because we're supposed to be the perfect couple."

"You don't have to be what everyone thinks you're supposed to be like, just be yourself,"  I said.

"You're right Sophie,"  He said, making me feel guilty. "I won't be what everyone expects me to be, but I still want to be your boyfriend, because you're the best girl I know."

He raised his crystal to the light and slowly disappeared, giving me time to take in that compliment he had just given me.  I then too, held my crystal up to the light and disappeared as he did.

It was a beautiful day at everglen, the trees were growing (there aren't that many) and the grass was perfectly green.  It was a day that they include in movies when the character is daydreaming.  I walked up to the oak red door and walked up to my room.  I said hello to Iggy and then I did the homework that Tiergan assigned me and Fitz.  The homework was to try and reach out to him from when he was at Everglen and I was here, at Havenfield.

I closed my eyes and pushed deep down into my mind for any sign of Fitz.  Once I found one I followed it and traced it back to Fitz.

Hello, He thought.

Hello-Fitz

Yep, that's me, So is this the homework we had and now we're done?

I think we're good now

Okay well, I'm sorry for what I said earlier

It's fine Fitz, I saidAnd then closed my mind off from his as I closed my eyes.
