Chapter 19- Mistakes

I laid on a raft floating in my pool listening to music with my earbuds in. It's was times like this, that I really love my waterproof Outter Box. It was last night that Marley attacked me and my arm was pretty much healed. My parents sent Marley to a mental preserve and they were there visiting her now. Logan too.

I untied the straps to my bikini and tucked them under my bikini top so that I wouldn't have tan lines. My eyes shot open when I sensed movement. I saw something move behind a bush. I paddled my self to the edge of the pool and got out and took my earbuds out.

"I know you're out there,"

"You may as well just come out." I said in a calm but firm voice.

Still, no answer. But the person moved again.

"Jeez. Just come out. I see you moving behind the bush." I called again. I turned around and started walking to the pool house to put the raft away.

I heard running and before I turned around the person put their hands over my eyes. I did what my instincts told me to do. Which was kick my leg back and kick them in the crotch. Instantly, the person moaned and fell to the ground. I turned and looked at the person. I started cracking up when I saw Cody in the fetal position on the ground. He continued to moan in pain. "What the hell?" He asked as he sat on his knees.

"What do you mean 'what the hell?' What would you have done if someone came at you from behind and you were alone?" I asked.

"True. But I didn't expect you to do that." He finally got back on his feet right by the edge of the pool.

"Come here." Cody told me.

I stepped closer to him and and pushed me in the pool. His prank reversed on him because I pulled him in the pool with me. I tried to swim to the shallow end before Cody could grab me, but I failed.....as usual. He pulled me underwater and he kissed me. I smiled and got my phone out and snapped a picture if us kissing under the water.

Later that night after my parents came home, Cody, Logan, Alli and I were in the lounge room. Alli and I were playing air hockey and the boys playing COD on the PS3. We were also eating out sundaes that we never go the other night. Alli and I got bored of Air hockey and sat on one of the sofas and watched the boys while we were on twitter.

I hit the 'Compose Tweet' button and went to my pictures. I selected the one from Cody and I kissing earlier. It looked a lot like a tumblr picture. He was holding me close to him and my hair looked really cool. Then I tweeted it saying:

'@Sophia_Lorah: From earlier <3 @CodySimpson ;*'

Immediately, my mentions blew up and the picture got tons of Re-Tweets and Favorites.

A lot of people were saying how 'they couldn't believe that we kept our relationship from them.' and things like that. One that stuck out to me from a pretty big Cody account that said:

'Trust Me guys, This photo is from when they were going out last year. That Bitch will never get Cody back.'

A lot of people seemed to agree with her. I just laughed at their stupidity.

Alli and I went back to the back of the game room and set the laptop on the Air Hockey Table. We both tweeted that there would be a twit cam in 10 minutes and we both would tweet the link. A few minutes later we got started and before we even tweeted the link there were 1,000 people watching, after we tweeted the link, there were 5,000 people watching, after the watchers started to slow down around 7,000 we started.

"Hey." Alli said. Just that sent the chat box crazy.

"So um.. Yea, Sophia and I just wanted to catch up with you guys and chat and maybe answer some of your questions? K? K. Just send away." Alli stated.
