Bree Stark, the daughter of the infamous Tony Stark and Pepper Potts. She's been known and famous since she was born and has never taken advantage of that privilege, unlike what a lot of strangers like to say about her. These strangers believe that her talents and strengths all came from her fathers money and there's no way she's able to do all that she does on her own.

Now, these talents and strengths are her beauty and voice. Her personality doesn't help their stories either. Bree Stark is truly a beautiful person, inside and out.

The rest of the Avengers, Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Thor Odinson, Clint Barton, Bruce Banner, Wanda and Pietro Maximoff, Vision, Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes, and Peter Parker, all love Bree like she's their true family, even when she lives 2,797 miles away in LA.

Now, not everyone in this group sees this girl as family. Someone here sees her as a bit more than that, a crush, some would say. Pietro Maximoff has liked Bree Stark since the day they met when she was eighteen and he was twenty-one, now being twenty and twenty-three. It is most definitely the same for her, but neither had the guts to admit it. And when she moved away fairly soon after, that put a long hold on what could've happened between them. They obviously don't know this about each other because if they did, it's be over for every other admirer out there.

-

Bree moved away from home two years ago to pursue her music career and has wonderfully succeeded.

Now, today is another one of her concerts, unknown to everyone that this'll be her last for a while. She loves the concerts and the appreciation from her fans, but lately, for a while, she's been going through a rough patch, mentally. So, this'll, hopefully, be a good concert because she definitely wants to make a good impression on the audience and her family. She'll still be making her songs, but there'll be less public events. It's just stressful and nerve-wracking so, she'll be taking a break for some time.

Speaking of her family, they're all on the other side of America, watching and waiting for her to come on stage at her packed live concert.

Eventually, she comes up with a bright smile and Nat makes them all put their phones down. She doesn't make any introductions and the music starts right away.

-

"Waiting 'till heavens on my side... So I can sleep at night... The angels will protect me... Praying on a lucky star... For you to save my heart... But it just kept on breaking... Ooh-ooh-ooh... Where did I go..? Is half of a home... Just half of a home..? Ooh-ooh-ooh... Who am I now..? I can't control... My decaying soul..."

-

"What a wholesome way to start this off." Sam jokes with squinted eyes.

"Shut up." Bucky chuckles.

Steve and Bruce nod along with Sam, making him smirk a smile before they focus up on Bree.

-

"I still hear your voice, tryna rip my world to pieces. But I'm not your toy, you can break and leave there bleeding. The damage is done, moving on if I'm ready or not. But you drag me through mud, here I come now, I'm petty as fuck. (I'm petty as fuck) I hope you never fall in love again. I hope you be yourself and lose your friends. I hope they call you out for shit you said. I hope you're miserable until you're dead..."

-

While Bree continues on, some Avengers watch while others go back to their phones or whatever else they had going on, but continue to listen to her beautiful voice.

-

"Avengers." Bree looks at one of the cameras with a grin and they all look up. "I don't know if y'all are watching this, I don't care. I'm kidding, you guys better be watching this!" She shouts and they laugh while the audience cheers. "That's a threat!" She chuckles. "I miss you, guys." She waves sweetly. "Hope to see you soon. Anyway." She claps and another song starts.

-

"I miss her so much." Pepper sulks.

"I know." Tony sighs. "She show up eventually."

"I hope." Nat nods.

-

"I get sick of sunshine on my perfect skin. Vapid conversation, giving me the spins. Driving down Mulholland, closing both my eyes. 'Cause they say you get more famous, when you die. And everyone seems fine. Am I losing my mind? I'm so tired of California, I'm so tired of LA, where the real thing comes as often as the California rain. I got all these legal toxins in my blood and in my brain. I keep saying that I'm leaving, but it doesn't work that way..."

-

A few hours later, Bree is on her last song and the Avengers can't help smiling at it.

"Have we been given hope?" Thor raises a brow.

"That's a horrible idea." Clint denies.

"Wow." Wanda shakes her head in a whisper.

"I'm just being honest." He shrugs. "We can't get our hopes up. We've done that before, haven't we?"

"Buzzkill." Tony grimaces and he chuckles.

-

Bree hurries off the stage with a loving goodbye and wave and, eventually, is able to make it to her dressing room.

She sits in the armchair in the corner with a heavy sigh for just about a minute before having to get back up after hearing a knock at her door.

She puts on her smile as they lead her to where the pictures with fans will be taken.

-

Finally, a few days later, Bree gets back home and tosses her bag on the kitchen counter. She looks around and sighs with tears in her eyes. She trudges upstairs and finds her room to crawl into bed, only to curl into a ball under the sheets. She takes a deep, calming, breath while closing her eyes, to fall asleep soon after, just as she wanted.
