Today is interview number 'who knows' and this time, Pietro is coming with for one of his first few that he's ever been on and he's fairly nervous, same as Bree is every single time she does this, so he's not too worried, because he'll be with her.
"Okay, so there have been so many questions circulating through the internet about your relationship." Jordi waves her hands. "First...Is it an engagement ring?" She squints her eyes.
"No." Bree shakes her head with her bottom lip between her teeth while Pietro smiles at her.
"Will there be an engagement anytime soon?" She raises a brow and Bree slowly turns to Pietro as he breathes a chuckle.
"Not that I know of." He jokes, making the girls laugh a bit.
"Well, I have to say, that's a bit of a disappointment." She nods with raised brows. "But we will be patient. And, as of right now, we'd like to ask, how are you two doing?" She motions to them both. "How has it been since that chapter in your relationship that kinda went down hill? Are you happy together?" She drops her hands in her lap and Pietro turns to Bree as she takes a deep breath.
"I think we're doing great." He shrugs with his mouth resting in his hand and she smiles and nods along in agreement.
"Yeah, I mean, we've both, hopefully, forgave and forgot," she starts and he nods, "and the best we can do now is move on and move forward with each other and force away the dark things that I've put between us based on influence from the world and what I thought to be facts that was all just in my head." She shrugs while shaking her head with furrowed brows. "A majority of what I said to him was all made up in my mind and I know that could've been avoided easily, if I had been taking proper care of myself. And, now, I do and I think that I am finally, actually happy where I am and with him." She motions with her hands up and wide eyes. "But this feeling was something that I never thought I would ever feel again. I was sure I wasn't going to survive long enough for it to come, but I did." She nods with a smile while Pietro grins down at her. "And I am so glad I did."
"Well, take it from me, so are we." Jordi nods. "I don't know if you've been checking or if you've noticed, maybe you have," she looks to Pietro with raised brows, "but your fans have been very openly sharing their gratitude for your music and how you express your struggles so well through them. You've helped so many people, you've even helped me." She puts her hand to her chest.
"I have?" She asks softly and Pietro slowly smiles.
"Yes." She nods surely. "I have my own struggles similar to yours and to hear that I'm not alone through your voice and your comment section is very reassuring and calming and I know that others will feel the same, because it's the only thing you should feel through your music. And, you've even seemed to have left your mark with him as well, it seems that he's changed a lot from only a year ago." She shakes her head and he nods with raised brows of definite agreement. "Can you explain in what ways?" She chuckles.
"Well, I wasn't the most...faithful man before I met her." He squints an eye with a sideways nod and she smiles slightly. "Wanda can back me up on that. But, then she came home from LA and it was like a switch flipped in my mind and I felt that I needed to be the best man that I could be for her." He motions and she crosses her legs while picking at her tights, grining down at her lap. "She has that affect on a lot of people and l, honestly, I'm so glad she does." He shakes his head with a chuckle. "I don't know where I'd be, if I wasn't with her."
"I'd probably be dead." She lifts her head as a dark joke.
"Jesus." He hisses while hanging his with a smile while covering his eyes, making her and Jordi laugh. "That's so bad." He shakes his head.
"But it's so good too!" Jordi nods. "That means you really did become the best man for her, you saved her life."
"Mhmm." Bree nods as he turns to her. "I agree."
"You're horrible." He turns away, making her smile.
"He loves me." She turns to Jordi and he chuckles.
"I can tell." She nods. "I mean, from what the media has seen, he protects you in many ways, including just from words. Recently, we haven't heard kuch abiut how you feel about the hate on your relationship, except for that one live that everybody's gotta know by now, but that was mostly about defending her."
"It doesn't bug me." He shrugs.
"It doesn't?" She shakes her head.
"No, but what does bug me is the hate towards her." He points. "If I saw a couple and I didn't like one of the people, I would not verbally abuse and wish harm upon that person at all and that's exactly what they've been doing to her ever since we went public." He states in annoyance.
"It's all pointless." Jordi nods sideways while Bree grins to herself. "Very unnecessary."
"It's not going to change our minds about anything." He nods. "So they can do it all they want, Bree's mentality is a lot better and she's happy and that's what we're focusing on now." He turns to her. "Or, I'm going to make her, at least." He taps her knee and she chuckles with a shy grin. "She's not the best listener."
"I'm not." She shakes her head a bit in guilty disappointment with a grin.
