Bree steps into the living room with her hands to her forehead and her eyes squeezed shut and Pietro tilts his head from the couch with furrowed brows.

"What's going on, Princezna?" He pauses the TV and she whimpers a groan of slight frustration.

"I don't feel good." She covers her eyes.

"Migraine or headache?" He makes his way towards the kitchen.

"Just a bad headache." She sighs while turning to him with squinted eyes. "And nausea."

"Do you think you'll throw up?" He wets a washcloth under the cold faucet.

"I..?" She shrugs softly. "Don't think so."

He rings out the cloth and folds it a few times before grabbing a glass of water as well to run it over to her. He has her take a painkiller as well before he places the washcloth on her forehead with his hand on the back of her head.

"Friday, black out the windows." He instructs as Bree gently grabs his wrist and leans into his touch.

She does as told and Pietro has Bree sit down. She folds her legs up beside her and leans against the back of the couch with her head in her hand. He turns on the lights under the kitchen cabinets and sits on the other end of the couch.

He turns off the TV and pulls out his phone to keep the room completely silent, knowing that the kinds of headaches she gets are just horrible.

She lifts the cloth over her eye and moves her finger to look at him and find that he is staring directly at her with a small grin, causing her to smile slightly.

"What?" She chuckles softly while laying it back down.

"Nothing." He quietly tilts his head and sits forward. "I'm just..." He places his hand on the back of her head and leans in to press his lips to her temple. "Just looking at you."

He rubs her back and moves to place a kiss on the side of her head before he moves away and she follows. He leans back with his leg out in front of him and pulls her down to his chest, back to front. He wraps his arms around her neck as she curls up between his legs to relax with a relieved sigh.

"You know, you don't have to sit here in silence." She hums while he rubs up and down her shoulders. "I'll fall asleep, eventually."

"I'm sure I will too." He shakes his head in a whisper tone with a small smile.

"But do you really want to?" Her brows wrinkle and he chuckles softly.

"I would never pass a nap with you, Anjel." He smirks and she smiles a bit.

"I'm not that cool." She jokes while adjusting her head, making him grin.

"I beg to differ." He grazes him thumb down her jawline. "You're great."
