Natasha is the one to wake up first. She would've assumed that Wanda was an early riser but clearly not

Her right arm had gone numb from either her or Wanda laying on it most of the night - most likely both, if Natasha's honest.

She picks out her outfit from the pile Loki has left. She had picked a pair of wide legged jeans and a yellow t-shirt with a black widow embroidered on the left - it was minimal so it wouldn't stand out - and a light grey jacket. She paired that with a black belt, some black converse and white trainer stocks. She tucked the t-shirt into the jeans, showing off more of her figure.

She brushed her teeth and washed her face. She pulled her red hair into a pony tail and once she dubbed herself plain enough to fit in - by the public anyway.

She grabbed the small pouch of money from the coffee table - Loki had also left that before completely embarrassing her.

She found a clip from the kitchen and hooked it to her belt loop.

And with that she set off.

The task she had set for herself was to get a weapon for herself - specifically a pistol. She was also going to get some breakfast and maybe a few snacks before they set off.

She somewhat fit into the crowd. She first stopped at a small coffee shop. She grabbed herself a black coffee and a banana muffin and Wanda a tea with a chocolate muffin.

She was thankful that her mother had made her practice carrying multiple items at once - turns out her mum's 'unnecessary' lessons were actually good.

Next on her stop list was the supermarket. She bought snacks and a couple bottles of water. She also bought resourceful foods like rice and pasta, which if Natasha's sure she could find recipes for.

She then went to a weaponry shop. The sign was a bit rusty and run down by age but it read The Jolly Weapons.

She greeted a woman with auburn hair and emerald green eyes.

"Hiya there. I'm Jolene and that's Dolly, how may I help you?" She greeted, with a thick southern American accent.

Natasha smiled at her in return - she seemed nice enough. "I was looking to see if I could purchase a pistol, please."

"Well my my sweetie. What would a cutie like you want with a gun like that?" A second woman, Dolly, Natasha assumed, asked. Her accent just as strong as Jolene's.

"Protection, one can never be too sure you know." Natasha answered. Jolene smiled approvingly before pulling a gun from the case they were stood at. She nodded at Dolly to grab her some bullets and a pouch to hook onto a belt loop.

"Will this one suit you just fine darlin' ? Jolene asked.

Natasha examined the gun seeing its weight and size. It was fine, not overly uncomfortable but not quite like the guns she had at home. She nodded, placing it back down on the counter.

"Oh look at that, Taylor's opening her shop." Jolene nodded towards the shop opposite them named Our Songs. In the window it had a note that said to not slam the screen door.
