*A few months later*
~Y/N was putting some things away in her locker during their lunch break when her boyfriend finally found her,
"Guess who's amazing boyfriend was able to convince his parents to let him borrow their family cabin so that he and his friends could hang out during christmas break and so that he and his girlfriend get some alone time?!" He proudly said.
She blinked, "Was it Zi's boyfriend?"
Oikawas jaw dropped, "No! It was your boyfriend! Don't you think I'm amazing?!"
"Um..."
He frowned and she smiled, "I'm kidding. Of course I think you're amazing. So, when are we going?"
"Really?! You wanna go?!"
The cheerleader shrugged, "Sure. Sounds like fun. Besides, what's more fun being with my boyfriend on Christmas?"
"I honestly can't think of anything better. I'm a freakin delight. Besides, I already have your present that you're going to love!" He gushed as he kissed her cheek.
Y/N laughed and lightly pushed him away, "I have to ask my mom first though, just to make sure I'm not leaving her alone on Christmas. I don't know if she and Akio made plans."
"Ah yes, your moms boyfriend. Well I'm sure she won't mind. You've spent Christmas with her for eighteen years. I'm sure you missing one won't hurt." Oikawa assured her.
She closed her locker, "Maybe but, Christmas is special for us. In the event she says no maybe you can just spend it with us."
"Well yeah but I'd reeeally appreciate some alone time." He told her, "We haven't really had any privacy lately."
"Oikawa, is this a coated way of you trying to say you wanna finally get me naked?"
"Is that a bad thing?"
His honesty made her let out a loud laugh.
"You're cute." She told him.
"All I'm saying is it'd be a good opportunity. Not that we should or are going to! Unless you want to then I'm not gonna say no."
She laughed again and interviewed her fingers with his as they began walking to their spot on the roof. They sat down on at the able and he made sure to sit really close, not leaving an inch of space between them.
They were scrolling through social media on her phone together, laughing and judging at whatever came up.
He looked at her, "Y/N, you know I love you, right?"
"Yeah."
"And you know Id never hurt you, right?"
"Yes."
"So, have you ever even thought about it?"
She looked at him, "Hm? Thought about what?"
"You know, us ever having sex."
The girl pursed her lips a bit, "I mean, I guess i'd be lying if I said I haven't but I dunno. I mean, should having sex really be important in a relationship?"
He hummed a bit, "Not necessarily obviously but it can really deepen a relationship on an emotional level. Like I'm not trying to push it on you or anything but I was curious."
She put her phone down, "I know you're not and I know that I've been holding it off for a while and I genuinely thank you for being so patient with me but I just feel like it'd be weird to be like, 'hey, we're having sex this day at this time so be ready' you know? When it happens, it happens. Just, continue being patient with me, yeah?"
He smiled and sweetly kissed her.
Suddenly her face got really red and she puffed her cheeks, "Besides, you're dating a virgin. This isn't going to come easily. I guess I'm just a bit scared."
"Yeah, I figured. But, I'm content with what we've been doing in the mean time. It's actually really enjoyable." He told her as he wrapped his arms around her waist, bringing her even closer to him and placing a kiss on her neck.
She smiled at her boyfriend, "Youre really sweet. Makes me get mad at myself for rejecting you in the first place."
