"Don't Doubt me Iwa-Chan,
you know I have my ways"

~"What are you all staring at?"  Oikawa asked as he was walking towards the doors of the gym to see what his teammates were staring at.

"The cheerleaders are practicing outside today!Look how hot their captain is!" Makki said, basically drooling and Iwaizumi rolled his eyes.

"The basketball team lost into their second game of the tournament so the cheerleaders don't have anything to cheer for right now." The ace informed his captain.

"Really? I wonder if they would come cheer for our team, you know, since the spring tournament is coming up." Oikawa replied as he stared at the beautiful captain with a small smirk resting on his face.

Iwaizumi frowned and gave him a smack. Oikawa groaned, "OW! What the heck was that for?!"

"Stop being a perv! Plus, I highly doubt you could convince Y/N. She almost always so no to everything. Plus she can be really rude." Iwaizumi told him, looking back at the cheerleaders.

"Don't doubt me Iwa-Chan, you know I have my ways. Also, how come you called her by her first name?" Oikawa mumbled.

"Does it matter?" Iwaizumi replied.

"You can't seduce her like you would other girls. She's not so easily swooned. I heard she's never had a boyfriend despite being so pretty." Kindaichi added.

Iwaizumi pointed at Kindaichi, as if agreeing with him. Oikawa frowned due to all the doubt he was receiving. He strongly believed he could convince the captain. She was in his class after all and has been for the past three years. He just needed to find a way to get her alone. But of course, he would also need to figure out what to say.

"Let's make a bet then,"  He announced as his friends looked at him,

"What are you talking about?" Mattsun questioned, raising his eyebrow.

"The spring tournament is in two months. I get a month to try to convince her. If I win, you all owe me milkbread for the time I have left at this school." Oikawa smiled to himself.

"And if you lose?" Iwaizumi asked.

"It'll be a punishment of your choice." Oikawa replied.

This brought a sly smirk to Iwaizumi's face. Oikawa instantly regretted his words.

"Fine then. You're on. The rest of us will discuss your punishment when you fail to get her to cheer for us." Iwaizumi said as he began to walk towards the clubroom.

Once Oikawa was left alone, he sighed and looked at the cheer captain once more to see if he could get a read on her vibe. He's only known her as "the pretty 3rd year". He never made an effort to talk to her even though she's caught his eye many, many times.

She was almost always alone. Sometimes with one other person but that's it. The pretty captain had a plain look on her face as she stared at her team. He figured maybe now was a good time to make himself known to the (H/C) haired girl. He made his way towards the cheerleaders and caught the captains eye once she saw what her teammates were staring at.

"Can I help you?" She asked, raising her eyebrow as Oikawa walked closer to her.

"Just wanted to say it's getting pretty late. You should all get home before it gets too dark." He said, flashing a smile at the girl.

The cheer captain rolled her eyes. This made Oikawa uneasy.

"Don't worry about us, Oikawa. We were just finishing up anyway."  She mumbled.

"Okay okay, I get the message. You ladies have a wonderful night!" Oikawa winked at the group of girls earning squeals in return and started to walk off.

"Oh wait! L/N-chan!" He ran back to the girl, "We need to have a chat. See ya tomorrow." He gave her a small smirk before walking off, leaving the (H/C) haired girl scrunching her nose in disgust.
