Dottore, a man who seemed aloof of anything. What was severe or serious to others seems to be a trivial thing to the Second Fatui Harbinger. Being the second proof that his nonchalance behaviour was not something to be taken lightly.

Everyone was wary of him, even the Fatui Harbingers. He was the second out of eleven firstly, but another reason the Fatui Harbingers cautious of this blue haired man was the person behind him.

This person was even feared by the Harbingers. Even though their place only in the underworld, but once word arrived about Dottore that seek their attention, this person could flip the world upside down.

Currently, Dottore facing an issue for his mission. Of all things, he lacked a very important material for his experiment and it could not move on without it. This item, consequently, only available in the black market.

And that mentioned black market only available in the underground.

He contemplated his decision however, in the end, decided to go down. For this particular errand, he needed to attend alone.

Hidden under the guise of a cloak, he went to the underworld through a portal; by breaking a certain rune stone and it will opened for him. This sort of portal needed to be done away from prying eyes or else it will create unnecessary ruckus.

Once he stepped inside the portal, the cold breeze replaced by warm and smell of booze. Through the path, people nearby him seemed to be on clouds, or being part of the ladies' tavern. They did not have the modesty normal citizen usually have. A place where rules were unruly.

"Hey handsome." One of the lady said when Dottore walked by. He ignored the ladies as he walked towards a huge bar surrounded by many people in and out. It stood out among all else.

Cautiously, he entered the place. The people inside seemed to have similar things at the side of their alcoholic beverages. The infamous drugs circulating as of lately; the Shimmer.

Aside from scattering patrons, there was a crowd surrounding a table where it seemed to be huge enough for a lady to dance on top of it. Her moves were alluring underneath her revealing clothes, yet eyes shown the artistry she was trying to convey. This sultry dance was not only to attract the eyes of the thirsty men, but also to express her arts.

At one moment, their eyes met, and she held his gaze where it seemed like eternity, though it was only for a moment before she moved her eyes away.

Dottore decided to just stand alone next to the door, not wanting to make any of these people acquaintance so he created a visible line immediately.

"Where is he ? He dares making me wait after spoiling my goods ?!" The person finally stood up and exploded, followed by another agitated friend of him. Instead, this person looked nervous by the action of his friend.
