Groaning, Castiel woke up and rolled over, finding Dean's warm, nude body laying beside him under the blanket. He smiled slightly, looking over Dean's sleeping face as he breathed through his slightly open mouth, face facing Cas, him laying on his back.
For a moment, Castiel thought about reaching over and brushing Dean's messy hair out of his face, but he decided not to and stood up, searching the dark room for his clothes. He came across his boxers and jeans then left the room.
The hallway was poorly lit by the morning sunlight coming in through the large windows. His eyes trailed the paintings along the walls, smiling at the art. He rather enjoyed art but he had never had an easel or paint before. His parents weren't ones for self expression.
After a few minutes of walking, he came to the balcony and stared down at the doorway with a smile, looking around the large main room as he leaned on the railing.
"Mr. Novak?" Castiel looked down to see Simon standing in the middle of the room, cell phone in his hand. He gave Simon a weak smile. "Good morning. Would you like anything to eat or drink? Perhaps a cup of coffee?" He offered.
"Yes please. A cup of coffee would be amazing." he replied. Simon nodded and left the room as Castiel walked down the stairs slowly, walking into the next room. It seemed like a living room, a black leather couch with two matching chairs around a coffee table and two book shelves on each side of the large window, a white curtain hanging in front of it. He turned to the right and followed the hall to the dining room, it exactly as he remembered it.
There were four doors, one on each wall. The door to the right was to the kitchen, if he remembered correctly, so he went to the door on the left and opened it, stepping through. It was a small room with a table in the center, the table made of glass and filled with water, colorful fish swimming around with light blue pebbles on the bottom as well as plants sticking out of the pebbles and lily pads floating on the top. Cas smiled, looking around the fish before looking up at the glass sliding door.
The backyard was huge, filling with bushes and flowers, a lake in view on the other side of the balcony. He walked out onto the white wood and went up to the railing, seeing to his left a staircase leading down to the beach. There was a slight breeze, rustling his hair as he breathed in the scent of water.
"Here you are sir." Castiel turned around, seeing Simon step out on the back porch with a small, black mug in his hands, holding it out to Cas.
"Thanks." Cas muttered, taking the mug from Simon. Simon bowed before hurrying away, typing away at his cell phone.
With a sigh and a smile, Cas' eyes returned to the view of the sun slowly rising above the water. He sipped the coffee, the foam rested against his lips as the salty caramel entered his mouth. He smiled in delight at the sweet taste as he sighed again to himself.
"Liking the view?" He glanced over his shoulder to see Dean in the doorway, dressed, but his white dress shirt was unbuttoned and a black tie hung loosely around his neck. He bit his bottom lip, looking Castiel over. He motioned his head towards the indoors and took a step inside. Hesitant, Cas followed, both hands wrapped around the mug.
Dean led him to the dining room, where he pulled out a chair. There was a paper in the place at the table, a pen sitting next to it. Castiel sat, setting the coffee on the table before looking over the paper.
"This is the contract I was speaking about before." Dean whispered, leaning over the chair so his lips were next to Cas' ear. His breath was hot against Cas' skin. His blue eyes read through the contract.

7. The Submissive will not pursue a relationship with any other person unless given permission by the Dominant and the Submissive will be released from this contract.
I, _________, give myself to my Dominant, Dean Winchester, until released from this contract when seen fit.
With a deep breath, Cas hovered his hand over the pen, Dean's green eyes watching him as he leaned over the chair. Castiel glanced up at Dean before lifting the pen and hovered the tip over the line.
"What happens if I break one of the rules?" Castiel muttered. Dean shrugged, kissing Cas' neck.
"I'll cross that bridge when it happens." he muttered, nibbling at Castiel's neck as he slid one hand down Castiel's torso. With another deep breath, Cas signed the contract and sat down the pen. "Simon will bring you back to your apartment for your things." HE whispered, nibbling on Cas' ear. "I'm going to be late for work." he muttered, pulling away and began buttoning up his dress shirt. "Simon!" he yelled. Cas looked up as Dean began attempting to tie his tie. "Simon! I need you to tie this!" he yelled. Castiel sighed and smiled, standing up and taking the tie in his hands.
"You could just ask me..." Cas whispered. He met Dean's hungry eyes. "How many others have signed this contract?" he asked. Dean shrugged.
"Six maybe." he muttered, turning around and headed towards the door. "These relationships don't usually last longer than a month or two." he admitted before leaving the room.
