It had grown darker quickly after the kiss. "Rapunzel?" Hans called out. He had been all over Corona looking for her, he started to walk past to memorial tower when he heard weeping.
He climbed up the stairs, "Rapunzel?"
She looked up from her knees. "Oh. Hi." She wiped her face.
"Are you okay?" He sat down next to her.
"I feel so stupid."
"Don't. It's her loss. She doesn't deserve you."
"I loved her.." She ran her hands over her face and sniffled.
Hans grabbed her hand. "I know, but I think you deserve better."
She looked up and Hans kissed her. Rapunzel's eyes glazed over and for a moment turned a glittery red.
"How do you feel?" Hans asked.
"...I feel..... Wonderful." She answered as a smile creeped over her cheeks.
"Really? And, how do you feel about marrying me?"
"Okay!" She nodded her head.
'It worked..' Hans thought to himself. 'This needs to happen fast so nothing goes wrong.' He held Rapunzel's hands, "Then we'll be married within the next two days."
"Okay." She agreed in a daze.
