Anna and Elsa walked down the corridor to Merida and Rapunzel's room and gently knocked on the door. "Merida?" Anna poked her head threw the door and speaks softly.
"Mm?" Merida mumbled, slouched over the small pile of pillows on the bed.
"Can we talk to you?" She stepped in.
"Mhm."
Anna sat next to her on the bed and Elsa sat on the floor with her arms folded on the bed. "I'm sorry." Elsa whispered. "I didn't mean to ruin everything."
Merida stared at the picture Rapunzel had painted her so long ago and ran her fingers over it.
"Merida. We can fix this misunderstanding, but aside from that, we think Rapunzel might be in trouble."
Merida looked up. "What happened"
The girls confessed everything that had happened in To them with Hans.
"We think he might be trying to do something similar here too." Anna bit her lip.
"We have to stop him." Merida looked at them back and forth.
"We know, but we don't have a plan." Elsa's eyebrows crinkled.
The door bugged and Kristoff walked in with his hand over his eyes, "Decent?" He asked.
"Yes Kris." Anna answered.
"Good." He moved his hand. "I think we have another problem." They all looked at each other worried and followed him to the palace steps.
"Attention! Ladies and gentlemen! I'm proud to announce that Princess Rapunzel and I are getting married."
Murmurs rose from the confused town and Merida started to cry. "What?"
"Oh. Merida dear." He stepped up to her and leaned forward, "I'm very sorry but... I guess she just wanted someone who wouldn't hurt her." He whispered in her ear.
Merida started gritting her teeth and walked around him. "Punz, is this true?" A twinge of heartbreak in her voice.
"Oh yes. I love Hans."
"No. No, you love me. Remember?" She grabbed her hands.
Rapunzel pulled away, "No! How could I love you? I love Hans."
"Really Merida you're just embarrassing yourself now." Hans turned around. "Just get over it and move on. Oh and you're not welcome in the palace. So I suggest finding somewhere to live or go home."
He put his arm around Rapunzel, "Let's go get you fitted for your dress."
"Yes Hans." She replied and they closed the castle doors.
"Merida.." Anna rubbed her back.
"No. She's made up her mind. She loves him."
"No one loves him." Kristoff replied.
"Something's wrong." Elsa held her arm.
"Look guys. I appreciate it, but what can we do?" Everyone looked at each other worried and speechless. "Thought so." She climbed down the steps to her family.
"Where are you gonna go?" Anna asked.
"I know a place."
"Wee one, are ya sure ya want to stay? Ya can always come home with us." Her mother asked, trying to keep the boys from squirming and running around.
"I'm okay mum and da." She kissed them on the cheek.
"Well we'll be here for another week. The ship needs some repairs, so if ya change ya mind we'll be here for ya." Her father tousled her hair.
"Thanks da." She answered with a smile and a hug.
