(Just a quick note to thanks a dear friend who's helping me by correcting all of my mistake :) so thanks to you)
It was in mid-June on the summer road, a car was being driven for the past 6 hours, to its new location named-
"The Boiling Isle?" Asked the teenage latina in the passenger seat "It's kind of an odd name for a town".
Her comment made the older woman who was driving, chuckle "Kinda, but it's a beautiful place, I really enjoyed going there when I was in highschool with my friends." she simply answered, then returned her attention on the road.
The teenager slowly nodded, then turned her attention outside the passenger window for a short moment, before getting startle by her younger sibling who was in the back sit, the youngest leaned forward towards her sister and pulled out her phone in front of the oldest face; showing her what she was watching for the past 20 minutes.
"Hey, Luz! Check this out, there's a national park nearby the town." She said, while she was scrolling through a bunch of pictures with giant mountains, forests and lakes.
Luz took her sister's phone to have a better look at the pictures and videos "Wow! That's beautiful! What's the name of the park?" Luz mind was completely blown away by those incredible landscapes, she only saw those kinds of view on the TV or, in some YouTubers vlogs.
The older woman looked like she was thinking for a minute "If I remember correctly it's called The Titan National Park." she said.
Luz turned her gaze off the phone and looked at her mother, curious "Why is it called like that?" Luz was always really curious about everything, and wondered where did they find those kinds of names.
She gave back the phone to her sister, who stood in place, both looking at their mother.
"Oooh.. to know that hija you will need to be really brave." their mother started with a deep and dramatic voice, making Luz's heart pound in her chest "Because, only brave people have the courage to walk into the deep dark of the woods, to climb the rocky and spiky mountains, and sleep on the hardest and coldest ground they ever slept on, plus having to hunt, fish and harvest your own food, mistake is not allowed!" she continued.
While Luz and her sister just sat there listening to their mom, Luz with amaze of course and her sister more like in disbelief "Then and only then, you will be able to see it! As beautiful as it always has been for centuries." The older woman finished while having stars in her eyes and without lying, Luz couldn't hide hers.
"What?! What is it?!" The latina couldn't stop her excitement, which just made her mother laugh.
"No spoilers." She said, with a sly smile.
"What?! Noooo! Mamá please tell us! What is it?!"
'She can't just start something so dramatic and mysterious and not even tell us what this special thing is!' That's what Luz thought.
